Sports Used as a means to prevent and heal from activity-related injuries. Receiving this massage a few days before an event helps prepare the body with proper blood flow and stretching. Pre-event massage is a very vigorous massage that lasts only a few minutes immediately prior to an event. Post-event massage is done shortly after an event to prevent soreness, help the muscles relax, and avoid cramping. Regular massages while training for a sporting event will assist in muscle recovery and flexibility. WE Therapists: JB, KM, LM F DT Therapists: JB 60 minutes: $68 members/$83 guests 90 minutes: $95 members/$110 guests

Neuromuscular Therapy This hands-on orthopedic massage technique seeks to stimulate muscular release using friction and perpendicular digital pressure on areas of high neurological activity within the muscle tissue, called trigger points. This treatment causes the nerve supplying the tissue to slow down, decreasing pain in the trigger point, and releasing tight muscle tissue. Effective for chronic pain, restricted range of motion, and postural dysfunction. WE Therapists: JB, MF, LM F DT Therapists: JB 30 minutes: $50 members/$65 guests 60 minutes: $80 members/$95 guests

Pre-Natal Promotes circulation and reduces edema that causes much of the aches and pains during pregnancy/postpartum. Pregnancy massage reduces stress and tension on weight bearing joints, leading to better sleep and less anxiety. Special padding and pillows are provided to ensure the clients comfort. WE Therapists: MF, KM, LM F DT Therapists: TS 60 minutes: $80 members/$95 guests

Hot Stone Uses smooth basalt stones massaged directly on the body. It can be utilized as a Swedish massage as the warmth provides relief of muscle tension, pain and promotes a deep state of relaxation. As the muscles are softened by the heat, the therapist can also provide a deep tissue massage to relieve areas of tighter muscle tension. WE Therapists: KM, LM 75 minutes: $90 members/$105 guests

Rehabilitative Beneficial to clients experiencing moderate to severe pain, and/or moderate to severe limited range of motion. The therapist is able to isolate and treat the source of the client’s problem utilizing orthopedic muscle testing and massage techniques, massage cups, and pain relieving salve. Treatments are isolated to one or two body parts. Comparable to medical massage. WE Therapist: JB F DT Therapist: JB 30 minutes: $70 members/$85 guests 60 minutes: $130 members/$145 guests Six 30-Minute Sessions: $375 members/$450 guests

Myofascial Release This hands-on orthopedic massage technique involves slow, gentle sustained pressure to stretch the body’s web-like connective tissue network, called the fascial matrix. Restrictions in the fascial matrix can decrease range of motion, contribute to nerve impingement, and distort postural alignment. Applying myofascial release warms and stretches out fascial restriction, returning the body to normal function WE Therapists: JB, MF, RF, KM, LM F DT Therapists: JB 30 minutes: $50 members/$65 guests 60 minutes: $80 members/$95 guests

Myofascial Cupping Utilizes “reverse pressure” by placing silicone massage cups on the client and initiating suction. Cupping increases localized circulation, stretches connective tissue, and moves lymphatic fluid. Clients experiencing pain, limited range of motion, or needing to improve soft tissue recovery from strenuous activity will benefit from cupping. WE Therapist: JB F DT Therapist: JB 30 minues: $50 members/$65 guests

Skin Smoothing Cupping This treatment is a natural, effective way to diminish the appearance of scar tissue, stretch marks, and improve the appearance of the skin around the hips, thighs, and bottom. Utilizing silicone massage cups and a specialized oil, this treatment shrinks enlarged fat cells and stretches tight connective tissue associated with cellulite. Results may vary based on the frequency of the treatment. Best results are seen with two to three sessions per week for two to three weeks. WE Therapist: JB F DT Therapist: JB 30 minutes: $50 members/$65 guests

Reiki A type of energy work used to balance the energy of the body and encourage proper energy flow. It aids in the healing and prevention of illness and injury. This type of work is not a hands on type of massage, and in many cases may not even require the therapist to touch the client. WE Therapist: LM 30 minutes: $50 members/$65 guests

Lymphatic Drainage A gentle massage intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues and back towards the heart. This massage works well when integrated with Swedish massage. WE Therapists: RF, KM, LM 30 minutes: $50 members/$65 guests

Reflexology Hand and foot reflexology is done by applying pressure to areas of the hand and feet that specifically relate to areas of the body such as the arms, head, chest and internal organs. Works well when integrated with Deep Tissue and/or Swedish massage. WE Therapists: RF, KM, LM F DT Therapists: TS 30 minutes: $50 members/$65 guests

Chair Massage Chair massage is great for those that are pressed for time. It is performed while the client is fully clothed and in a forward seated position, allowing focus on the back, neck, shoulders and arms. WE Therapists: JB, MF, RF, KM, LM F DT Therapists: JB, TS 10 minutes: $19 members/$34 guests 15 minutes: $28 members/$43 guests
