Natasha Chipuriro speaks about abuse For example our culture and religion , we are guided by our norms and values which gives us an ideology on how to dress properly when going public , so due to certain situations where by a model is working on a lingerie advert people they start to victimize them due to thier dressing which turns out to be both Physical and Verbal abuse Due to deviances they get discriminated by people in the society , which leads to the human rights abuse because modelling is an occupation which is equally as any other occupations

HOW MODELS CAN MAINTAIN A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH THEIR DESIGNERS -CHIPO MANDIUDZA Working with big fashion houses such as Empress Primmy and Sozinio from the city of Kings and Queens has been a dream of a number of female models. Chipo Mandiudza gives us tips on how she manages to have a healthy relationship with the fashion houses. TR:What does it mean working with big fashion brands such as Sozinio and Empress Primmy? CM: Well working with fashion brands like Sozinio and Empress Primy means a lot to me because these are one of the best designers in my city 'BYO,so having to work with the best simply means that I'm good at my job as well because they managed to allocate me from the rest to work with them,as big fashion brands they wouldn't want to work with someone who will degrade them rather elevate them, big and best compliment each other and that's just how it is between us,we compliment each other. P TR:How do you manage to create a healthy relationship with your designers? A G 13 CM: The only way to create a healthy relationship with my designers is,by being

professional each time, always killing it whenever I do a photoshoot with them,I bring my "A" game,be on beast mode and make sure each time I do a photoshoot with them I exceed the standard of a previous shoot,I challenge myself to be better than the last time, surprise them and never seize to amaze them.....also I make it my number one job to advertise their products, always post on my social media platform, tag them and get them customers. TR:How do you fusion pageantry, commercial, Photogenic modelling? CM:As an all round model,I like to say that I'm a "shape shifter" I can be whoever or whatever you want whenever you want, just say it..."How do I do it?" You ask....easy,the trick is to know the difference between these types of modeling cause they are not the same, the moment you know the differences and the type you'll be doing at that particular time, its easy to pivot right into the zone and then you kill it. TR:When it comes to Pageantry can you share with us some of your success? CM:I've been in the industry for something like two years and I've managed to compete in one of the biggest competitions in Zimbabwe the same year I graduated from Fingers modeling academy 2019 and I managed to win 2nd runner up Miss Tourism Zimbabwe BYO 2019/20. TR:Any plans in taking part in any international pageants if so which ones? CM: Its every pageantry model's dream to take part in international competitions and so is mine,I'd love to compete in Miss Universe one day. TR: who is your inspiration? CM: This question is very complicated because we all are still evolving every day,so the answer can change any minute, someone can come into your life unexpectedly and suddenly you see the world. That person teaches you its OK to let people in and start over. You can go your whole life thinking you know the answer then one day you realize the greatest influence in your life might be someone else, but sometimes the answer isn't who is my inspiration but what, people come and go from our lives but all that we have left with can truly make a difference in our future. It's impossible to chose one person who inspires me,its what they all taught me that matters,so who is my inspiration, if I have to give an answer it has to be the abuse I faced in an abusive relationship i was in. It nearly ruined me but I came out on the other side a better person. I believe that it left a void that so many people have managed to fill, people like my mother,if I hadn't faced that I wouldn't be the person I am today and also if I can set my goals and archive them, then the person I become is my inspiration.

TR:What words of wisdom would you provide to any upcoming models. CM: Love yourself....the moment you practice self love you'll never go wrong because you'll never let anyone take advantage of you or your services as a model cause you know what you want or deserve. You know your worth and the same time you respect yourself enough not to engage bvbvbv into some decisions that'll ruin your reputation tomorrow and of the fellow models as a whole, this will help you to become the brand that you want to be and represent

philosopher , Che Guevara said it very well that, " the revolution is not an apple that falls when it is ripe. You have to make it fall."

Why procrastination is the best ideal?

lnstead of dwelling much on problems which you are currently going through right now, gravitate that same energy toward the solutions. Remember that nothing happens until you do something.

Let's assume that you have lost something valuable like wallet or a bunch of keys. How you do feel? Are you going to find a lonely place and start to cry? Perhaps, you sit down and begin to complain about the unfairness of life. Is it the best move? All of these things does not solve anything. What matters most is what you are going to do to recover your lost property ?

ln this case, engage yourself in what we call "mental walk" and try to recall all the places you have visited before the incident had occurred. lf it costs you to revisit all the places, to make phone calls asking people about your lost property or to open a docket at the nearest police station ~ just do it. Rather than to expect unrealistic miracles to take over while you are folding arms. Take action, action breed progess in your life.

Greatness is a not formed in comfort zone. It is formed in hardtimes. You have the capacity to change your story. Yes! you are the one whom l am talking to, l believe in you and you can accomplish extraordinary things in your life. Your current situation does not define your destiny. Vigorously, do something to make a change. The famous English
