Having spent a handful of years with family in Italy, the Salvatore brothers, Alfonso and Alessandro, yearned for a place that would remind them of their second home. And moved by their love for food, created their own osteria in Puerto Rico, reminiscent of the ones they would often frequent in the streets of Rome.
