In a time when transparency and authenticity are valued more than ever, it seems fitting to celebrate the spirit of women in their most natural state and with that I present to you our August Beauty issue, which is devoted to stories that empower women. In this special Beauty issue we’ve sought to feature women whose work will captivate and inspire readers and in keeping with the empowerment theme, it’s important to note that all of the spectacular photography in the issue was shot exclusively by female photographers.

Trends come and go, but accentuating your authentic, natural features never goes out of style—which is precisely what our Beauty issue showcases this month. As Marc Jacobs so eloquently put it, “I always find beauty in things that are odd and imperfect. They are much more interesting.”

How did you begin your career?  The summer after I turned 18, I went to open calls at modeling agencies. I thought I was just going to go to college like the rest of my friends, but they all told me I should try to model. The second agency I ever walked into, which was Wilhelmina, handed me a contract on the spot.

How do you hope to influence people through your social media platform? What can people expect to see when visiting your social media page(s)? Using natural products, recycled/ vintage fashion and not supporting harmful environmental brands.

What do you predict will be the biggest trends of this Summer season? Bright colors.

Any upcoming travel plans you’re looking forward to?

Yes! As of now I have a few South America plans this summer that I cannot wait for!

Favorite brands and places to shop for your favorite Summer looks?

I mostly shop vintage and pre used designer. I love finding unique pieces that no one else has.

What was the highlight of your trip to Greece with Modeliste? The food!

What did you love the most about your flight experience with Turkish Airlines? Turkish airlines had really good in-flight food which surprised me because most airline food is so disappointing to me.

What was your favorite aspect of the Nikki Beach Porto Heli property? I loved the pool and rooftop restaurant.

What's your go-to airport look? Essentials to pack in a carry-on? My go-to airport look is always athleisure for comfort, especially on a long flight. My carryon necessities are my iPad and headphones.

Girls night in or Girls night out? Girls night out

What's a typical work week like for you? Any advice you have for staying productive throughout the week?

A typical work week lately is a lot of time spent at my desk designing something special. Stay tuned ;)

What's your current skincare routine? Any products you'd recommend for our Modeliste readers?

I am a true skin care freak. I never go to bed without doing my routine. As for products I am a huge fan of Sunday Riley products and Murad skin.

What's something your fans would be surprised to know about you?

I’m a hopeless romantic.

Where do you gain inspiration for content? Any tips & tricks you'd like to share for those inspiring to have a career like your own?

I get all my inspiration from Pinterest and TikTok. I love looking for cool outfits or picture ideas to create something similar on my pages.

What makes you different from other content creators?

I think of how girly I can seem online, but I’m such a tomboy and am so sporty. I feel like that has always set me apart from other women I know.

What would you like to say to your fans/ followers?

Someone’s perception of you is merely a reflection of them. Don’t sweat it and focus on yourself.

What was the highlight of your trip to Greece with Modeliste?

Where do I even start? So many core memories were made on this trip, but my favorite would have to be exploring Spetses Island! The weather was beautiful and the vibes were so great all around. Seeing all of the stunning architecture was the cherry on top to feeling like I was the main character in Mamma Mia. How can anything top that?

What's your go-to makeup routine? Any products you'd recommend for our Modeliste readers?

I use a full face of Sonya Dakar. My skin is naturally very dry and sensitive, so finding the right products was always a struggle. After seeing Sonya for a few facials and getting my hands on her products, there is simply no going back. I’d definitely recommend the Flash Facial and the Organic Omega Oil. These two combined will truly leave your skin looking like glass!

How did you begin your career?

I have wanted to be a content creator for as long as I can remember. Over the past two to three years, I strived to post as if I already was one; not worrying about the followers, likes, or comments. Knee deep into my third year as a dance major, my social media finally began to pick up traction! This started on Tik-Tok from telling cheesy “dad-jokes,” then carried over to Instagram and other platforms where I enjoyed posting more fashion, beauty, and lifestyle content. I ultimately had to make the decision to leave my dream college to pursue this industry full time, and I am grateful to say that every day continues to prove this decision to be the right one.

How do you hope to influence people through your social media platform? What can people expect to see when visiting your social media page(s)?

Through being kind. I am so incredibly passionate about building my platforms to be a super safe space to all who come across them. The world can often be a dark place, and people can be cruel. I hope through being myself and creating energetic and relatable content that I can have a positive influence on all who watch while inspiring them to do the same! When visiting my pages, people can expect a little bit of everything! Whether it’s a good laugh because I have dad jokes for any and every occasion, content that is maybe a little too relatable, or inspiration for hair, makeup, and fashion, truly the sky's the limit. I am always brainstorming new and creative content to share with my platforms!

Any upcoming travel plans you’re looking forward to?

Absolutely! Miami Swim Week this year should be super exciting. Additionally, my father has always dreamt of going to Peru so he will finally get to see that dream through when we go this fall! I am so grateful for every opportunity to travel and see this beautiful world.

Favorite brands and places to shop for your favorite Summer looks?

EB Denim and Mimchik have been a couple of my favorites lately; I love any opportunity to support women-owned brands. These two labels also have very trendy and unique styles that I see being perfect for this summer.

What did you love the most about your flight experience with Turkish Airlines?

Flying business class on a thirteen hour flight will spoil you very quickly! I was treated with so much kindness and grace, having anything I could ever need right at my finger tips. My favorite part had to be the comfort of the chair reclining into a bed to get a good night’s rest on our long, overnight flight. This being second to the delicious three-course-meals we were brought prior to bedtime. (I’d highly recommend the steak and salad.)

What was your favorite aspect of the Nikki Beach Porto Heli property?

I can’t decide between the luxurious, spacious rooms with incredible views, or how kind the staff was! I genuinely felt so taken care of my entire stay that I was fully able to relax and take it all in.

What's your go-to airport look? Essentials to pack in a carry-on?

You can never go wrong with sweatpants and a tank with a hoodie on top. This way you are set if you get hot or cold! Comfy is the way to go, especially on super long flights. My carry-on usually has everything I would need in case I wasn’t able to get to my luggage for some reason. This list usually includes an extra pair of clothes, travel size shower products, and all of my skincare. It brings me great relief knowing I have these things if I really need them.

Girls night in or Girls night out?

I am definitely a girls night in kind of girl. A perfect night for me would consist of matching pjs, ordering in, and playing board games or watching a movie! It doesn’t get any better than that.

What's a typical work week like for you? Any advice for staying productive throughout the week?

I usually just go where the wind takes me! Surprisingly, it stresses me out to have too organized of a schedule that locks in what days I can go where and do what. Usually, I’ll have a couple meetings throughout the week and focus on creating content while also planning on what’s to come next! I am grateful to have a job that allows me to work from wherever I am. Though to stay productive, I always have a list in my notes on my phone of things that need to get done so when I finish one thing, I can hop right onto the next!

Where do you gain inspiration for content? Any tips & tricks you'd like to share for those inspiring to have a career like your own?

I love getting inspired from everyone around me! Everyone is just so cool and unique; getting inspired and making things your own is so much fun! If you are an aspiring content creator, my best advice is to stay so consistent! It takes lots of trial and error to learn and figure out how things work. It takes some people over three years before content starts snowballing and reaching a wider audience. Do not give up if things aren’t working out after a couple months. You can do anything you put your mind to, I promise!

What makes you different from other content creators?

Each and every content creator brings something different to the table; I believe what makes me different is the amount of passion and genuine joy that I have for what I do! I am simply so in love with this industry that I can feel my heart glowing. This is an industry I hope to be a part of for a long, long time!

What would you like to say to your fans/ followers?

Just how grateful I am for them. I would absolutely not be where I am today without my communities who I honestly consider close friends. I could write a book about how this is all a dream come true and someone needs to pinch me because it’s so hard to believe sometimes. Never stop learning, never stop growing, and never stop believing in yourself. “All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them.” -Walt Disney

How did you begin your career?  I started sharing my everyday looks on social media, Instagram in particular, and within months I grew an audience that consistently engaged with my posts. The rest is history.

How do you hope to influence people through your social media platform? What can people expect to see when visiting your social media page(s)?

Through my social media platform, I aim to inspire and empower individuals by providing meaningful and valuable content. I hope to influence people by fostering positivity, promoting personal growth, and encouraging thoughtful discussions. Ultimately, my goal is to make a positive impact, spark inspiration, and help people navigate their journey towards a happier and fashionable life.

Any upcoming travel plans you’re looking forward to this year?

Yes, I love traveling and experiencing different cities, cultures, cuisines. At the moment we are planning Europe: Italy and France are on the list.

Favorite brands and places to shop for your favorite Summer looks?

There are so many amazing brands on the market. To name a few: Retrofete, COS, Shona joy, Sandro, and many more.

What was the highlight of your trip to Greece with Modeliste?

Where do I start… The highlight of my trip to Greece with Modeliste was undoubtedly the opportunity to meet lovely girls and build new friendships. Additionally, immersing myself in the vibrant Greek culture and experiencing the various activities available added a special charm to the journey. The hotel we stayed at significantly contributed to the overall enjoyment of my trip.

What did you love the most about your flight experience with Turkish Airlines?

My flight experience with Turkish Airlines was impeccable: in-flight comfort, delicious cuisine, award-winning service, inflight entertainment and most definitely Turkish hospitality - warm and welcoming atmosphere.

What was your favorite aspect of the Nikki Beach Porto Heli property?

My favorite part of the Nikki Beach Porto Heli Hotel was undoubtedly the combination of several delightful aspects. Firstly, I was captivated by the earthy decor that adorned the hotel, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The friendly and accommodating staff added to the overall experience, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. The spacious rooms provided comfort and relaxation, allowing me to unwind and rejuvenate after a day of exploring. The culinary delights served at the hotel's restaurant also left a lasting impression, as the delicious food surpassed my expectations.

What's your go-to airport look? Essentials to pack in a carry-on? My go-to look would be comfy leggings, hoodie, warm socks and new balance 530. To be honest I have been traveling with only a carry-on (even for a week long trips), so I pack my daily skin care and makeup in travel size form and everything else I need on that particular trip.

What's a typical work week like for you? Any advice for staying productive throughout the week?

My typical work week consists of workfamily balance. I plan out 3-4 full days of work, depending on the projects I’m working on. I love to hand write every task and cross it off as I go. Try not to overpack the days with tasks, but concentrate on 3-5 mains and make sure to complete them.

What's your go-to makeup routine? Any products you'd recommend for our Modeliste readers?

I always try to start with a mini face massage but applying a little bit of oil and using Gua Sha tool to de-puff (Derma E has a great one). I follow with serum, eye cream and face cream. I keep it simple and minimal.

What's something your followers would be surprised to know about you?

I was born in the Ukraine. A lot of times people think I’m from South America (I take it as a compliment).

Where do you gain inspiration for content? Any tips & tricks you'd like to share for those inspiring to have a career like your own?

I find my inspiration in the world around me. Everyday life presents countless opportunities to observe and appreciate different colors, textures, patterns, and styles. Whether it’s a vibrant sunset or the architecture of the city, I’m constantly inspired by the video aesthetics. I would definitely recommend experimenting and taking risks: Don't be afraid to try new approaches, experiment with different formats, and take calculated risks. It's through experimentation that you can discover your strengths and find your creative style.

What makes you different from other content creators?

All content creators are unique in their own way. What makes me different as a content creator is the combination of my creativity, expertise, dedication, and authenticity. I am committed to providing valuable and enjoyable content that leaves a lasting impact on my viewers.

What would you like to say to your fans/ followers?

First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude for your support and engagement. It's truly humbling to have such a wonderful community of individuals who appreciate and find value in the content I generate. Your enthusiasm and encouragement mean the world to me. Each one of you has something special to offer to the world. Follow your passions, explore your interests, and never be afraid to take risks or pursue your dreams. Believe in yourself and your abilities, for you have the power to overcome challenges and achieve greatness. Remember that failure is not a setback but an opportunity to learn and grow. How did you begin your career?  I was scouted by a fashion photographer in Munich in 2014.

How do you hope to influence people through your social media platform? What can people expect to see when visiting your social media page(s)?

I want people to feel relatable while still getting inspired with some newness on fashion, travel and on how to achieve and maintain an overall healthy lifestyle.

What do you predict will be the biggest trends this fall? Quiet luxury.

Any upcoming travel plans you’re looking forward to this year?

Going to attend Burning Man with my best friends for the first time this year.

What was the highlight of your trip to Antalya with Modeliste?

To meet and connect with such beautiful souls from all over the world and the girls day we spent on the boat together!

What did you love the most about your flight experience with Turkish Airlines? The food menu and its diversity in flight was absolutely outstanding- I was really surprised by their quality! I love Turkish Airlines!

What was your favorite aspect of the Kaya Palazzo property?

Kaya Palazzo’s variety of all kinds of amenities like different restaurants, shops, the golf course and numerous pools is really impressive. I loved the hammam at the spa and really enjoyed the private terrace connected to my hotel room for my morning stretches.

What's your go-to airport look? Essentials to pack in a carry-on?

Comfort over everything - I usually wear my Lulu Lemon leggings paired with a basic T and oversized sweater. Two items I’d never fly without are my portable charger and a hydrating face mist for in flight.

What's a typical work week like for you? Any advice for staying productive throughout the week?

Planning and preparation is key. On Sunday’s I sit down to write in my journal to prepare for my week ahead, adding all appointments from work, fitness classes to social events into my planner and google calendar. It helps me clear my mind and feel organized. Since with modeling you don’t have a routine schedule, it can get tricky to have everything planned out, as flexibility is what you actually need! Therefore my one advice would be to do the

most important things that matter to you first! If for example, your body and health is a priority, go and hit the gym first thing in the morning - the longer you wait the higher the chances for you to skip it or that something else comes in between, which happens quite often with being on demand as a model.

What's your current skincare routine? Any products you'd recommend for our Modeliste readers?

My basic skin care routine consists of 7 steps: face wash, toner, face mist, eye cream, serum, day- or night cream, brow- and lash serum. I usually like to mix it up and don’t use the same products everyday, but I really got into the products of Mario Badescu, which are clean and affordable. I also swear on the hyaluronic face mist from Dr. Barbara Sturm.

What's something your followers would be surprised to know about you?

I'm a triple Aries

Where do you gain inspiration for content? Any tips & tricks you'd like to share for those inspiring to have a career like your own?

When it comes to inspiration I don’t like to force it, whatever I see and like serves its purpose, whether that be on Instagram's discovery page, through like-minded conversations as well as meeting new people, or by strolling through the city with my pups and by observing street styles from strangers. Other than that I try to get inspired from within - things that speak to my soul while I’m creating art and based on how I feel. My advice for young creatives and artists would be: Learn how to love and embrace your flaws, as they are what makes you unique. Get out of your head and enjoy the present moment, allow things to be imperfect, because this is who we are! Stop comparing yourself to others in general and try to feel inspired and motivated by someone you admire instead of being intimidated by them. You are very powerful by being your authentic self.

What makes you different from other content creators?

I am not the typical influencer that follows a strict regimen when it comes to content creation, I rather allow myself to post and share what gives me fulfillment in the moment. I no longer force myself to post about everything all the time, I’m learning to embrace the luxury of being offline at times to recharge my energy levels - balance is what makes it. So don’t expect the same all the time, but be ready for a wild mix of everything, staying authentic is what truly matters.

What would you like to say to your fans/ followers?

The longest relationship you’ll have is the one with your heart, your mind and your bodytreat them with kindness.

I love to learn from my peers so I don’t really compare myself to them in that way!

What would you like to say to your fans/followers?

I view my followers as friends I'd totally go on FaceTime with so I hope they know I love them and appreciate them/ always here for them like a sister.

How did you begin your career?

I joined TikTok in March of 2020. I took part in a fashion trend and it went viral. By December of 2020 I had gained 400k followers on TikTok and 100k on Instagram. Throughout that time I partnered with fashion and beauty brands to monetize my channels.

How do you hope to influence people through your social media platform? What can people expect to see when visiting your social media page(s)?

I hope I can inspire young women to express themselves freely and to not dim their light for anyone else.

What do you predict will be the biggest trends this fall? Skinny jeans, unfortunately. I think we will continue to see the modern day ballet core. Spikes and studs will definitely come back.

Any upcoming travel plans you’re looking forward to this year?

I have been working non stop for 3 years so I’m taking a break from social media and traveling this year.

The one product you can't live without? Makeup remover balm.

What was the highlight of your trip to Antalya with Modeliste?

My highlight was creating new connections with such strong and empowered women. We shared stories, we laughed, we cried, and we got closer. Nothing beats genuine human connection.

What was your favorite aspect of the Kaya Palazzo property?

I loved the extensive buffet. It was literal heaven. It’s also located right on the beach so you never have to leave the property!

A matching sweat set, baseball hat, sneakers. I always pack a book (that I never end up reading), Laneige lip balm, AirPods, water bottle, air tag, and snacks!
