THE GAME: The Archbishop Moeller Crusaders take on the Little Miami Panthers in an OHSAA District Semifinal. This will be the 2nd meeting all-time between the Crusaders and the Panthers. The Crusaders radio call will be broadcasted on WMOE and the Moeller Broadcasting Network with Jeff Schnedl on play-by-play and on color commentary from Kent McKenzie.
POLL CHAMPIONS: The Crusaders were named Associated Press (AP) State Poll Champions for the 6th time in program history on Monday. The Crusaders also claimed the AP Poll State Championship in 2008, 2014, 2017, 2019 and 2020.
TOURNEY TIME RECORD: Archbishop Moeller is 153-52 (.746) all-time in the OHSAA Tournament. The Crusaders have made eight apperances in the Final Four; winning five Division I State Championships and finishing as State Runner-Up twice.
DRIVING TOWARDS DISTRICTS: The Crusaders will be looking to advance to the District Championship for the 18th time in the last 20 years with a win tonight. The only years the Crusaders did not advance to the District Championship was 2006 and 2022.

KAZANECKI NAMED GCL ATHLETE OF THE YEAR: Junior, Alex Kazanecki was named the GCL Athlete of the Year for 2024 on Friday. Kazanecki becomes the 19th Crusader in program history to receive this award and is the 23rd time that a Crusader received this award (Brannen - ‘92, ‘93, ‘94;Monserez - ‘98, 99; Matt Sylvester - 2000, 2001)
HAVENS NAMED CO-GCL DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR: Senior, Kyle Havens was named GCL Co-Defensive Player of the Year for 2024 on Friday. Havens becomes the 8th Crusader to receive this award in program history.
ALL-GCL TEAMS: Five Crusaders were named to the All-GCL Teams on Friday. Seniors, Noah George and Eric Mahaffey and Junior, Alex Kazanecki were named First-Team All-GCL. Seniors, Kyle Havens and AJ McBride were named Second-Team All-GCL.
THE BROTHERHOOD: With Senior, Eric Mahaffey being named to the ALL-GCL Team, this marked the 11th time a set/trio of brothers have both been named to the ALL-GCL Team.

TOP DOG AGAIN: The Crusaders enter the OHSAA Tournament as a #1 seed for the 8th time since 2010 and are 44-4 (.914) in the those eight tournaments. Additionally, the Crusaders have made it to at least the Regional Final in all previous tournaments as a #1 seed and have played for the State Championship in three of those years
LEADING ASSISTANTS: Junior, Roman Mason and senior, Eric Mahaffey rank one and two for the most assists per game. Mason leads the league with 3.0 apg and 63 assists for the season, Mahaffey is second with 2.7 apg and also 63 for the season.
LOCKDOWN DEFENSE: The Crusaders win over Walnut Hills marked the 17th time this season that Crusaders have allowed fewer than 40 points in a game. The Crusaders are a perfect 17-0 in these games.
