Welcome to the summer edition of Molly’s Guide.
It might be the magazine’s 12th edition but I’m
especially excited as it’s my first writing for it.
I’m just saying hello for now and introducing
myself and my family but I’m looking forward to
investigating all things parenting in and around
Lincoln and Newark from the autumn edition
onwards. If you want to say hello back to me
sooner than that then look out for me on the
Molly’s Guide website where I’ll also be popping
up with a regular blog including covering news
and events in between.
I’ve been privileged to live in the Lincoln area
for most of my life and to have worked for many
different county organisations and businesses
discovering the city through them. But since having
my son Luke, now 22 months old, I’m rediscovering
it again in yet another - very fun! - way.
And, as I’m even more excited to write, as my
husband James and I are expecting our second
child in December, I’m looking forward to seeing
it through another person’s e
