Questions to Consider

1. Which assignments can I change to allow for greater students leadership? Be the center of the class and promote the participation of my students, assign them different topics or roles in the class. 2. What is the proper balance between instructor guidance and student leadrship? A clear instructions that let them know what are their task in the class, and the responsabilities as a students. 3. How can I clearly communicate to students that I expect them to be leaders? By clear and simple instuctions, that they can undestand and follow, when I'll assign their task. Also when I present the goals for the class. 4. How can I relate my assignments and assessments more to my students' life experiences? By using realia, in which I could include different situations of their daily life toward real experiences that they can represent in class in a funy and interesting ways. 5. How can I create experiential learning opportunities in my online courses? Relate the activities with their routines, personal interests or goals, that attract their attention to move toward it.
