real estate market is becoming increasingly diversified. Tenants are being offered new, ambitious and competitive projects. As supply increases, so do tenants’ expectations.
Polish commercial real estate is a tenant market right now. Companies look to optimize costs or improve their office space standards while keeping rent conditions unchanged. Tenants pay attention to both the quality of office space and its address: apart from the highest fit-out standards, tenantfriendly solutions and latest technologies, companies also seek unique locations. Although the growth of modern stock, particularly office space, is strongest in Wrocław, Poznań and the Tri-City, Warsaw is still the primary location for investors and tenants. It is where the majority of the big investment projects are developed. Favorable economic forecasts for 2014-2015 point to further growth in the modern commercial real estate market. The supply that will be delivered in the coming years will hopefully meet the companies’ requirements and attract major new players to the Polish market, helping it grow and strengthen its position in the region.
