The new school year is a new school and new tasks for us. It turned out that the Erasmus + project will become one of these new challenges. For us, first grade students, everything at school in a school year 2019 is new, and even more so new teachers. We as project members are very lucky as we managed to meet several wonderful educators who taught in our school within a few months. In the Erasmus project "European migrations by the eye of journalism" we are supported by: Polish literature and language tachers Marzenna Wencierska, Marta Szafkowska, Monika Ziemichód, Krzysztof Komorowski, historian - Andrzej Rudnicki, English teacher - Monika Janicka, and, Mrs. Monika Jagiełlo Trif, School Deputy and project coordinator. On one hand, our teachers will familiarize us with the techniques of journalistic work, on the other hand we will learn the problems of contemporary migration phenomena. Soon, we are going to publish interviews with our teachers.

And who are we as participants in the project? After we have been successfully recruited, we are 24 students who take part in the project, 17 girls and 7 boys. The youngest participant in the project is 14 years old, and the oldest is 18. We go to 9 different grades, both general education high school and technical school background. We have different passions and interests, but we are connected by the school and the "Erasmus +" project as well as curiosity about the world and people.

The workshops gave us a broader insight on historical perspective of European migration.
