SUMMER 2024

Girls’ Stories, Girls’ Voices
Girls are achieving remarkable success in today’s world. Even though they face many hurdles, they are able to overcome these challenges and soar. Girls are courageous and demonstrate their bravery in many ways by using their voice to stand up for themselves and others. They also know how to give to others as well. Join other middle school girls in exploring the issues they face, and discover ways to achieve a sense of self, deal with conflict, build relationships, explore the community and the global world. Girls’ Stories, Girls’ Voices is a fun-filled week including writing, art projects, movement, sharing and having fun. The program is held July 22-26 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Participants will learn dances, write poetry, practice yoga and find their voices as they learn fun ways to share their stories with the world.
