AFTER NEARLY 18 MONTHS of construction delays, Ilios Crafted Greek is finally open for business in South End. Stratos Lambos and Angelo and Frank Kaltsounis, the team behind Ilios Noche, transformed the 2,000-squarefoot former bike store at Church Street and West Summit Avenue into a fast casual Greek eatery, which they’d originally planned to open in December 2018.
