ou’ve chosen a terrific time to visit the Tampa Bay area. I’ll let you in on a little secret: The months of November through March are the reason we all live here. Our beautiful sunshine is still abundant, but with more comfortable temperatures, it’s the perfect time to enjoy all our area has to offer, from water sports and beach strolls to outdoor markets and festivals. You’ll fi nd a myriad of options. In this issue, we are so happy to reintroduce our calendar of events happening over the next few months (p. 4). With holiday happenings, like Enchant Christmas taking place at Tropicana Field (shown above), to plays, world-class sports (Go, Bucs!), races, festivals and more, there’s always something exciting happening here. Looking to get your culture fi x while in town? You may not know that the Tampa Bay area is home to many museums that celebrate everything from art to history to innovation. From St. Pete’s art district to Tampa Bay’s History Center, discover a pastime that’s every bit as intriguing as our beautiful beaches. Read more in our story about some of our favorites (p. 6), and then make your plans to explore. Th is time of year, we also love to indulge in one of life’s greatest pleasures: outdoor dining. Read all about the spots you can’t miss in our story on the area’s greatest dining views (p. 12). After that, be sure to save some time to visit Ybor City.
