Resident and Nonresident Definitions Wentzville residents are those living within the city limits of the City of Wentzville. City limits and Post Office boundaries are not the same, so it’s possible to have a Wentzville address yet live outside the city. A Household Annual Pass consists of two adults and three children, 22 years of age or younger, living in the same household. More children may be added to a membership for an additional fee.
