The Cavalry FC Regional Field House is a model for collaborative partnerships. The Foothills County and the Town of Okotoks have come together to build this much needed facility to promote health and wellness excellence. It is a place where communities come together. Nustadia Recreation operates the Field House on behalf of the Foothills-Okotoks Recreation Society.

REGISTRATIONS
Registration can be done online, in person or by phone. Credit Card payment is required at time of registration online and by phone. Credit card, debit and cash is accepted for registrations done in person.
CANCELLATIONS
All classes are subject to cancellation if there are insufficient registrations. Registrants will be notified a soon as a decision has been made to cancel a class. In the case that the Field House cancels a class you will receive a full refund or you may transfer to another class if space permits.
REFUND POLICY
If you withdraw from a camp/program at least 7 days before the start date a $10 cancellation fee per registration will be applied to your refund or credit. No refund or credit will be issued if the withdrawal occurs less than a week from the start date or after a program starts, except for medical reasons (physician’s note required). Withdrawal from programs for medical reasons will be effective from the date of the note and must be received prior to the program end date. Credits can be applied towards another Field House sponsored activity, class, camp or program. No refunds or credits will be applied for withdrawals from pre or post camp care.
WITHDRAWALS
If you withdraw from a class a minimum of 7days before the start date, a $10 cancellation fee per registration will be applied to your refund or credit. No refund or credit will be issued if the withdrawal occurs less than 7 days from the start date or after a program starts except for medical reasons (physician’s note required). Withdrawal from a program for medical reasons after the program has started will be effective from the date of the note and a refund will be provided for remaining classes in the program.
WAITING LIST
If a program has reached its maximum number of registrants, express your interest by adding your name to the waiting list. If a space becomes available or an additional class is added due to the demand you will be notified.

Gentle Balance & Strength
This easy-to-follow class for adults will include a combination of Tai Chi, Yoga, core and back strengthening exercises. Designed for all fitness levels, this class will help increase confidence and improve balance, strength, core stability and flexibility. We will end the class with some meditation and breathing exercises sending you home feeling renewed and relaxed! The first class will be a free trial, which is a great opportunity to try it out before you commit to the entire session. Choreo Kickboxing
An energetic and dynamic workout that combines choreographed kickboxing routines with cardio and bodyweight exercises, all set to an upbeat and motivational music playlist. This will be a no contact class where no equipment is needed.
Participants can expect a high-energy environment where they will engage in a series of kickboxing moves, such as jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts, and kicks, seamlessly integrated with cardio intervals that elevate the heart rate. The choreography is designed to be accessible for all fitness levels, allowing beginners to follow along while providing enough intensity for more experienced participants.
In addition to the kickboxing sequences, the class incorporates bodyweight exercises like squats and lunges. A small portion of the class will also be on the floor as we work to target our arms, abs, and glutes. Remember to bring an exercise mat with you to class and come prepared for an invigorating workout experience! Qigong
Qi meaning energy and Gong meaning to practice. This is a simple yet effective meditative practice that can be done at any age and capability. Sound Healing/Meditation
Sound healing/wellness is the use of sound in the form of tones, rhythms, repetitive patterns and other sound techniques to create a change in the body rhythms and body’s energy patterns. It is holistic modality that uses techniques based on sound and music to bring your body, mind, and emotions and spirit back into harmony. It is from this place of harmony that healing can take place. Along with the use of sound pods, Tibetan Crystal bowls and chimes we add meditation to this beautiful one hour practice. Bring your water, blankets and any other supportive props and enjoy the healing sound of the bowls as you meditate. Instructor: Dianne Goldade

Pickleball – Learn to Play
New to pickleball and want to learn the basics? This class will provide instruction in game play, scoring, rules, position and strategy. Each class will provide instruction and time for game play with other beginners. Intended for brand new players (with no or less than 6 months experience). Paddle rental included in registration fee.

These lessons are for people who have achieved a 3.25 - 3.5 skill level. You will learn:
• Emphasis on Team Coordination: This session highlights the significance of functioning as a unified team. You will discover how to communicate efficiently with your partner during games.
• Tactical Shot Choices: Grasping the appropriate moments for different shots is essential. We will discuss when to utilize drives, drops, and lobs for optimal impact.
• Game Tactics: Explore various tactics to outwit your rivals. Positioning, angles, and predicting your opponent's actions will be critical elements of our training.
