Northern Ohio is proud to host the Awards of Excellence for the second consecutive year at the prestigious TRUSS venue in Cleveland on May 8, 2024. As we gather to celebrate, we recognize that each submission holds a unique significance and is deserving of accolades. These projects have not only transformed our landscape but have also contributed significantly to job creation in Northeast Ohio.

We are fortunate to operate in a region that thrives on collaboration and support for the real estate industry. This spirit of cooperation has been instrumental in bringing these remarkable developments to life.

Despite market fluctuations and external challenges, Northern Ohio’s real estate sector has displayed remarkable resilience. The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and find innovative solutions has been a hallmark of our professionals. Forwardthinking projects are reshaping our skyline. From sustainable buildings to mixed-use developments, Northern Ohio is embracing innovation. These ventures not only enhance our urban fabric but also contribute to a more environmentally conscious future.

Our awards program operates on a system of nominations, meticulously evaluated by a panel of seasoned commercial real estate (CRE) veterans. Each submission undergoes rigorous scrutiny, with points assigned based on excellence, innovation and impact. It is through this meticulous process that we identify the true gems within our industry.
