50 years after the artist’s death, the Naples National Archaeological Museum will be hosting the “Picasso e l’antico” exhibition until 27th August. There will be a section dedicated to his time in Naples as well as a section comparing the museum’s collection to Picasso’s work, which was influenced by a trip to Italy in 1917.

A 50 anni dalla morte dell’artista, il Museo Archeologico Nazionale di Napoli ospita fino al 27 agosto la mostra “Picasso e l’antico”, con una sezione dedicata ai suoi soggiorni nella città partenopea e una parte relativa al confronto fra le opere del museo e i lavori di Picasso, influenzati da un viaggio in Italia nel 1917.

The second edition of the Helsinki Biennal will run from 12th June to 17th September, with the title “New Directions May Emerge”. The event will showcase works from around 30 artists, both emerging and established, who will be reflecting on some of the most important themes of the 21st century such as climate change, political conflicts and the effects of technology on society.

Dal 12 giugno al 17 settembre torna la seconda edizione della Biennale di Helsinki, dal tema “New Directions May Emerge”. L’evento metterà in mostra le opere di circa 30 artisti emergenti e non, che rifletteranno su alcune fra le tematiche più importanti del XXI secolo, come il cambiamento climatico, i conflitti politici e gli effetti della tecnologia sulla società.
