Psychiatrist on Muslims The Black Muslims was the cme major" Negro group that called for separation of the races and black supremacy as an alternative approach to the black man's problems of identity and self-esteem. Observers generally agree that the Muslims were quite effective in rehabilitating many antisocial and criminal types by fostering in them a possible self-image and pride in their blackness. The significant fact is that the Muslims were able to alleviate much of the Negro's individual self-hatred without holding up or espousing integration or "full acceptance" of the black man into American white society.—Dr. Poussaint.

100,000 Carry Dread TB Germ One h u n d r e d thousand Americans are now walking the streets unaware they are harboring the deadly Infectious Tuberculosis germ, the American Medical Association journal reports. None are safe, Today's Health states. T B can be spread through the everyday acts of coughing, sneezing and spitting. It is contracted mainly by breathing air contaminated with the disease. B Y T H E T I M E symptoms appear — fever, weight loss, coughing, and blood spitting —the disease has reached a point where cure is difficult. Some won't recover. The disease claimed 10,000 lives in a recent year. Children under five years are especially susceptible because of their frequent and close relationships with parents, relatives, and baby sitters—any of whom can be carriers.

I know that all of us like to help the National Center, this is one way to help and to be recognized at the same time. From each National that I sell I will give one dollar to the National Center Fund. With 22,000,000 people, it will not take long for the Holy Apostle to get the Center and nobody will be hurt. The lapel pin sells for only $3.50 and the M.G.T. and G . C . C . bar pin sells for $6.50, that will not hurt anybody, and we will have the center. If you have one pin, you should buy another one, to help the Holy Apostle get the Center. Upon receipt of your order, it will usually take about one week before it is filled and returned to you (unless the order is special, or our volume of orders is heavy). Please send certified checks or money orders.
