W A R N I N G S ISSUED throughout San Diego County urged "panic buyers" converging o n the Mexican border t o w n o f Tijuana t o exercise caution in the buying of m e a t s w h i c h have been sold to Americans without virtually any health restrictions o n t h e part o f Mexican officials.

A S P O K E S M A N forthe A g r i c u l t u r e D e p a r t m e n t said Americans are permitted to b r i n g i n o n l y 50 p o u n d s o f m e a t per person but he added, m a n y f a m i l i e s o f substantial size can legally enter the U.S. w i t h as m u c h a s 300 - 500 p o u n d s .

T h e inspector said although a strict quarantine is enforced against pork, eggs and poultry, m o r e t h a n 1,500 p o u n d s o f pork, several hundred dozen eggs, and m o r e t h a n a h u n d r e d chickens w e r e seized i n o n e weekend.

He said A m e r i c a n s w h o purchase meat i n Tijuana, thinking they are "beating the shortage," m a y find that they

are actually endangering their health by bringing in m e a t that does not m e e t U . S . standards. " A s long as Americans bring in beef f o r t h e i r personal use. we cannot confiscate i t , " h e said. " H o w e v e r , w e have n o way of knowing what is wrong with it."

Bond attributed this worsened condition to N i x o n ' s arrogance and quest f o r power. H e characterized the Nixon inner circle as being composed o f men who "believe in privilege for the p o w e r f u l and neglect of the powerless.

I t is n o w t w o y e a r s since A t t i c a exploded into protest, violence and death. Already, this year, the O k l a h o m a State P r i s o n has been burned to the ground by protesting inmates.

G i v e n t h e h i s t o r y o f such prisoners have been kept i n protests i n A m e r i c a t h e their cells around-the-clock protests staged a t the Indiana and a l l o w e d to leave o n l y once State prison i nMichigan City a week.

keep t h e m f r o m i n f o r m i n g the press o f what was transpiring while simultaneously giving the impression t o t h e press that the representatives were taking part i n whatever discussions w e r e occurring.

This came to light only after the inmates rigged up a public address system and informed those persons o n t h e outside that they w e r e not and had not spoken with t h e representatives. T h e y held out a sign w h i c h said. " L a s h i s lying."

The inmates stopped broadcasting over " t h e i r " public address system w h e n Lash moved i n Indiana State troopers who lined t h e outer walls o f t h e cellblocks a r m e d w i t h double-barreled shotguns.

Harris charged that t h e prison administration w a s "pitting" the members of various Chicago street gangs against each other. This, h e stated, i s designed t o keep t h e insitution in a lockup state.

Another spokesman, S a m E a r l e y , sought i n v a i n t o g e t Sielaff to promise the protestors total amnesty f o r all participants and a l l leaders of t h e protest. Sielaff t o l d t h e prisoners that he couldn't promise n o r grant them amnesty.

The significant aspect o f t h e Stateville protest, however, is that t h e press w a s present when Sielaff a n d t h e prison committee m e t with the prisoners' committee. T h e other very significant factor in the protest is that i t w a s c a r r i e d out w i t h o u t loss of life.

In both instances the reasons for protesting w e r e s i m i l a r . I t appears that w h i l e the wardens of the t w o prisons w e r e t u r n i n g a deaf e a r , those i n a higher position were willing t o listen.

This is i n stark contrast t o Gov. Nelson Rockefeller's handling of Attica last year.

INSIDE Part V WE continue, from last week, the analysis of E Z E K I E L ' S WHEEL. In Ezekiel, Chap. 1:25, the prophet Ezekiel described winged creatures that he saw.

DO NOT be foolish enough to think that these creatures that Ezekiel describes and which he refers to as iiving creatures,' have feathery wings. They did not have feathery wings that they let down.

IN this vision of THE WHEEL, or plane, this plane is built so unlike the other planes that we could call it a mystery WHEEL to what we had heretofore known!

E Z E K I E L , Chap. 1:26, "And above the firmament that was over their heads was a likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone: and upon the likeness of the throne was the likeness as the appearance of a man above upon it."

IN Ezekiel's Vision, 'the Voice that he heard coming from the firmament that was over their head' this really is referring to the future of the Work of the Plane's Master. The Voice is the Voice of the Master of the Plane.

AND the Voice is described as being above the Plane. If the Voice is heard ABOVE the Plane then what was the Voice in, or on? Was this Voice on another plane or on another WHEEL? IN verse 26 (Ezekiel, Chap. 1:26, Bible) Ezekiel describes seeing something above THE WHEEL, (Plane) in his vision — something, a throne, as having the appearance of a sapphire stone. way of military science. I say military science. This is exactly what THE WHEEL IS. It is a WHEEL that is made to do military work.

BY what Ezekiel said now, about the appearance of it, there is no doubt about the interpretation of this WHEEL... that it is military built, for war purposes, and that THE WHEEL is Guided Especially by the Desire of God Almighty.

AS we continue to analyze verse 28, E z e k i e l d e s c r i b e s the frightfulness of THE WHEEL as the appearance of "...the likeness of the glory of the LORD." THIS brings us into Divine Spirit of God in the Making of THE WHEEL. So much proves THE WHEEL to be Divine Work, that Ezekiel, in the 28th verse, said that when he saw it, he fell upon his face...' But, Ezekiel said that he

'heard a Voice of one that spake.'

NOTE how Ezekiel gives this to us, "One that spake." What One that speaks? We all speak!

Ezekiel, Chap. 2:1, "AND he said unto me, Son of man, stand upon thy feet, and I will speak unto thee."

H E R E comes to us that a Divine Mission is going into the interpretation of the Plane (WHEEL). Ezekiel said, "...He said unto me, Son of man..."

THIS refers to a prophet that God speaks to. It seems as though God and the Prophet of God are both in THE WHEEL talking it over. And God Advises the Son of man (Prophet Ezekiel) to "stand upon his feet..." for in the verse above (Ezekiel, Chap 1:28) Ezekiel said that he had 'fallen upon his face.'

THE Spirit of God entered into Ezekiel and set him on his feet (Ezekiel, Chap. 2:2.) This is the Mission of the Prophet of God. And the God must Make the Prophet who he has now missioned, Aware of the Protection against the enemy and the Warring Work that will be carried out, by THE WHEEL. E Z E K I E L Chap. 2:3 says that Ezekiel is sent to 'the children of Israel, to a rebellious nation..."

Ezekiel, Chap. 2:3 describes them to be "impudent and stiff headed." This verse is referring to the Black People in America!

But, the Black People in America must be warned whether they will hear or not. "They are a rebellious people" called 'a house' which means a nation (Ezekiel, Chap.

2:5).

T H E Y must be w a r n e d regardless to what type of people they may be. They must know the truth, "...yet shall know that there has been a nronhet among them

(Ezekiel, Chap. 2:5)."

THEY (the Black People in America) must be warned as all of the People of God were warned the same. They are terrible people.

They are dangerous people, as the prophet is warned, (Ezekiel, Chap.

2:6) "...be not afraid of them, neither be afraid of their words..."

They speak stout words, disgraceful words, against the truth and the truth - bearer.

Ezekiel, Chap. 2:6 (continued), "...be not afraid of them, neither be afraid of their words, though briers and thorns be with thee, and thou dost dwell among scorpions: be not afraid of their words, nor be dismayed at their looks, though they be a rebellious house (nation).

IT is the Black Man in America who is described here in this scripture. This is what he is. He is like scorpions where the Messenger of God (Prophet) is.

THIS is a terrible thing, but you have proof of it here. He (The Messenger) is warned that he is living with people who are like a scorpion. A scorpion will sting and he will bite. A scorpion will do both.

"Be not afraid of their words."

They are always planning and saying evil and anonymous things against the Messenger.

THEY look like they are very dangerous but the Messenger is not to be afraid of their looks. The Messenger must speak the words of God to them, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear... (Ezekiel, Chap. 2:7). The Messenger is warning you, here is what God said to him.

E Z E K I E L , (The Messenger) saw his mission coming to him in the roll of a book (Ezekiel, Chap. 2:9).

God Missioned the Messenger (Ezekiel, Chap. 2:10) "And he spread it before me; and it was written within and without: and there was written therein lamentations, and mourning, and woe (that went along with the book)."

THE MESSENGER'S MISSION here in Ezekiel, Chapters 2 and 3 is similar to the Mission Given to the Messenger in the Revelation of John which refers to the bitterness and the sweetness, the good and the bad, of his Mission.

IN Ezekiel, Chap. 3:5, God Makes it Clear to the Messenger "...thou are not sent to a people cf a strange speech and of an hard language, but to the house of Israel (to your own people)."

PRESIDENT VELASCO s a i d that both h i s administration and the miners were dissatisfied w i t h the refusal of the company's Peruvian subsidiary, the Cerro de Pasco Corporation, to provide the workers with adequate housing.
