After creating a blog you can change your header picture by navigating to Manage My Blog by the top right corner and changing the header.
Create a page called Parent on the header. We can next create children from the parent that are a drop down menu.
After creating the Parent tab we can now add a new child to the drop down menu. Navigate to Pages and create a new page called Adam. Next navigate to all pages and click on quick edit to link the new page to a parent.
Change the background and select fixed to keep the picture centred and fixed rather than duplicating itself.
Add a blog by navigating to the add post button on the top right corner of the page. You can choose the type of text or media you want to add via a window. When text is added click publish. As shown bellow
