Here are a few techniques that I love and alter between in my allocated time out for me. This will also be incorporated into the base of our family fitness/wellness brand – FITFAM.CO.
I am now in full awareness of the importance of practicing relaxation and how it benefits you.

Suellen Pike came from a small country town! There grew her understanding/ values and importance of family. Spending most of her working career with children. She saw how families had become lost, disconnected, and unhealthy in mind, body and soul. In turn creating a vicious cycle, that was being integrated through to their children which needed to be stopped!
It is Suellen’s dream to touch the lives of many families, bringing them back into a heart space. She is determined to take them on a journey to help reshape their lives, trusting themselves and each other to create a happier and healthier life together!
It does not need to be perfect; it just needs to feel like home!
