Why Relaxation is the Key to Intuitive Mothering

The word Mother looks like a bird’s beak opening next to the word ‘other’. Becoming a parent is a challenging choice to make but does not have to be a debilitating one.

Many times, I have instantly known when my children needed me, even as newborns. I would feel the urge to run into the bedroom and soccerdive as my son was falling off the bed. I would catch him just as he was about to put something sharp in his mouth. I could tell if he was happy or not, even if he was at day-care or out of sight. Over time, these experiences have rewired my brain and attachment style to be more secure and at ease with the ups and downs of parenting.

I encourage you to see your children as full Souls, who have possibly had even more lifetimes on Earth than you. Please, listen to their dreams and nurture their passions – so many of the new generation will know their life purpose before they even reach high school.
