Chicken Chinese 250gm chic ken breast skinless cut in cubes 2 chopped garlic clov es 1 medium onion cut in cubes 1 bell pepper cut in cubes 7 snow peas 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons flour Oil Salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 chopped red chili 1/2 cup hot w ater
- In a bowl mix chicken with soy sauce, flour, black pepper. - Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the chicken and fry for 4 minutes on medium heat. - Add rest of ingredients and stir for 1 minute. - Pour the hot water and stir until the sauce thickens. - Serve hot with rice or noodles

For the dough
- Sift flour w ith salt. Add the rosemary or thyme and mix w ell. - Add the butter to the flour and rub with y our hands or mix using a fork. - Add the w ater gradually and knead for 5 minutes or until you get a smooth elastic dough. - Cov er the dough and keep it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour 4 tablespoons butter chilled 8 tablespoons cold water - In a hot pan, stir the onion in oil for 2 minutes on medium heat. 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon dried rosemary or thy me - Add the mix ed vegetables and stir for another 2 minutes. - Season with salt and black pepper. For the filling - Add the cabbage, soy sauce, and warm w ater. Cov er and let it simmer on low heat until the 1 1/2 cup shredded cabbage v egetables are cooked. 1 cup mix ed v egetables - The filling should not be soggy or the dough w on't hold it well. Oliv e oil - Take out the dough from fridge, and place on floured w orking surface. 1 medium onion chopped - Roll the dough, try to make it a bit thinner than 1/4 inch. Salt - Place round cookie cutter on the dough and cut through. Black pepper - Fill the middle of each piece with 1 1/2 teaspoon from the filling. Fold one half of the dough on the other closing it in a crescent shape. 1 tablespoon soy sauce - Pinch the edges so the filling doesn't come out while baking. 2 clov es minced garlic - Brush the pies with a beaten egg. 1/4 cup w arm water - In preheated ov en 350F/180, Bake in a greased pan for 15 -20 minutes or until golden brow n.
