The NAEYC national conference provides wonderful opportunities to reconnect with early childhood educators from across the United States. No other conference is as engaging in terms of learning new strategies for working with young children. The sessions provide a wealth of information that can be applied to a variety of settings and the structure of sessions allow for substantive discussion and reflection. It is a fantastic experience! I return to the NAEYC Annual Conference year after year because it is the finest venue for connecting and reconnecting with early childhood colleagues from every part of my career: Head Start, public health, child care, T/TA, teacher education, and social justice. No other conference I attend (and I attend many) gives me so many opportunities to extend, solidify, or create meaningful professional relationships. Steve Shuman Senior Training and Technical Assistance Associate Education Development Center, Inc.

The best thing about the annual conference is the opportunity for me, as someone who has presented professional development for decades, to learn from others. It’s such a great time for me to keep up-to-date on best practice, learn from leaders in the field, and connect with colleagues. I always come away feeling nourished and inspired, and I know that helps me nourish and inspire others. Hedda Sharapan Director of Early Childhood Initiatives The Fred Rogers Company

Hotel room rates for the 2014 NAEYC Annual Conference & Expo include a fee that is provided to the Association to subsidize the costs of Conference meeting space, shuttle bus services, and other related services.

Please stay only at an official NAEYC hotel! When NAEYC brings the Annual Conference into a city, we negotiate with hotels to block a sufficient number of guest rooms for attendees. For 2014, NAEYC has contracted with five Dallas properties to suit a variety of needs. We want you to enjoy the hospitality of high-quality accommodations. You deserve it!

Keep in mind that if NAEYC does not fulfill our contractual obligations with these hotels, the Association will be required to pay significant financial penalties. Please support your professional association by making your reservation with an NAEYC official hotel. Thank you.
