To help students understand what AIESEC is and the relevance it has to a young person’s life, AIESEC in University of Nairobi started the event AIESEC Week in 2015 to achieve this..
Each year, an organising committee sets out to plan out the event with regards to the prevailing issues in that particular year.
This year, it was important to provide young people with the understanding of why Africa is where each young person should focus on thus it was concluded that a public lecture shall be held for this purpose within AIESEC Week.
Financial Literacy and Information Technology Forum was also held within AIESEC Week as a continuation of increasing financial literacy and IT understanding in young people which was started in 2013.
