THE DESIGN IS CONTEMPORARY AND RESPONDS WITH ITS SURROUNDINGS WELL. THE NORTH FACING SIDE HAS OVERLOOKING ISSUES WITH HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED WITH WINDOW FROSTING TO 1700MM TO BUILDING REGS. A
