Jumping a few months ahead, we are already overjoyed thinking about our
2016 NAPCP Retreat! The breathtakingly beautiful Ritz Carlton Reynolds Plantation in Greensboro, Ga., will host us January 12-15. Treat yourself to a well-deserved getaway filled with guest speakers, relaxation and a few days for good old-fashioned fun! Registration will open soon this summer; stay tuned for details!
Already planning her trip to the Peach State, Amanda Holloway of Amanda
Holloway Photography will join us as a guest speaker at the retreat, leading us in the Senior Focus Track. Aside from lending her talents to NAPCP, this wife and mom dedicates her time and talents to capturing the beauty of soon-to-be high school graduates. Her focus on clients’ individual personalities and use of natural landscapes to create a personalized experience makes her highly sought-after and an obvious choice as this month’s featured photographer!
If you’re looking for new products that clients, friends and family will rave
about, head to the NAPCP store! Art prints, birth announcements, personalized wrapping paper and a free morning chore chart are a few of our featured finds online. Happy shopping! Cheers!
Sincerely
The NAPCP Team

Tell us your story. How you started and how your photography, brand, and business transformed over the last couple of years? I am pretty much considered your token Mom with a camera. I had my son, found photography through wanting to take better photographs of him, and God led me the rest of the way. If it wasn’t for my son and severe case of Post Partum Depression, I would have never found photography and my family’s new way of life. The video on your home page is simply gorgeous! What was your inspiration for making this? Ahhhhh! Thank you so much! I decided to add video to my marketing so that my target market can see, first hand, what all of their friends are talking about. They’re always super curious about what the experi-

ence is like for their friends who do choose to hire me as their senior photographer, so I decided to put it all out there for them in great detail. It just ups the intensity of their demand exponentially. Since adding video to my marketing tools, I’ve booked out about a year in advance for sessions. What is your favorite, and most challenging, thing about working with high school seniors? My absolute favorite part of working with high school seniors is showing them and educating them about their TRUE inner and outer beauty. Sometimes it takes an outside source, like a professional photographer, to help them view themselves as the rest of the world does. I also focus not only on their images, but also their accomplishments, goals, and

unique personalities when showcasing them on social media‌ I choose to do this in order to give the audience a much more rounded view of the person in the image as well. We can't wait to have you as a speaker at our January retreat! Can you share a little tidbit about what you will be teaching? Attendees will learn the exclusive details of how to correctly schedule their clients, set boundaries in their business, increase income while decreasing hours spent per client without outsourcing, and optimizing a killer business presence in their target market while providing more time for loved ones without any guilt. It's time to take ownership over your business and stop allowing it to run you and your family into the ground. Get ready for a ton of education on creating the life you originally went into this industry for.

We loved your 'declarations' for the year 2015: Accepting yourself, destroying comparisons, using your passion for good‌ just to name a few! How do you "live" these everyday? I’ve done quite a bit of self-work this year so far (as I try to do every year). A huge part to all of it is choosing to step away from what everyone else is doing and committing to what is right for you and your family. To see more of Amanda's work, please visit her site here!
Thank you so much Amanda!
