The Problem - Convince the audience that they need to take breaks as it isnt good for their health. - Find a solution which connects with the audience.

The Concept To inform and encourage the user that personal downtime and regular breaks at work is a neccesity for a balanced lifestyle and mental mindset.
The Aims - To encourage the audience to take breaks and have downtime. - To prove that taking time out is beneficial to them. - To appeal to the audience by thorough research into how they are engaged and the consumables that they aquire.

The Idea I am going to produce a range of products that encourages the user to take more regular breaks at work and have downtime at home, but not to the extent that it takes over.
The products will inform the user with ideas and ways that they can escape from their working world for 3 minutes and relax, de-stress and take their mind off everything.
