Jheron Thompson • Day Camp Director Meet Jheron! Jheron, AKA “Tigger” has been a part of the Camp Cliff family since 2009. What do you enjoy most about Summer Day Camp? I love CAMP CLIFF! I enjoy the cheesy songs, spending hot days at the pool, field trips, getting dirty and messy, laughing uncontrollable and most importantly having FUN and seeing kids smile! What’s your favorite day at Camp Cliff? My favorite day is “Slime Day”! Campers donate money all week to the camper who they would like to see get slimmed the most; the slime is green, cold and gooey and gets dumped right on our heads! The campers have a great time while learning about good deeds. All the money is donated to the Arlington Animal Shelter. What are your hobbies outside of Camp Cliff? I will be a junior at University of North Texas as a broadcasting major so I spend a lot of time working for the UNT’s radio and television station. I also enjoy playing basketball, watching sports and hanging out with friends. 2015 Day Camp & Aquatics Guide

You’ve never heard of a curve ball quite like this. We’re going to draw from a hat the type of ball we use for each sport we engage in. So we may play basketball with a football. Ever try to dribble one of those things? Expect the unexpected because you never know what we’re going to do. Field Trip: Fort Worth Zoo on Tuesday, June 30.

Be prepared to get soaked! We are going to have a water fight of epic proportions.... squirt guns, water balloons and slip and slides just to name a few. Bring your swim suit or a change of clothes each day! Field Trip: NRH2O on Tuesday, August 11.
