2. Be Frugal If you want to be financially successful you need to learn how to live with the sources you have and be happy with it. Financially successful people aren’t the ones that spend lavishly on keeping up an expensive lifestyle. They understand there’s a difference between looking rich and being wealthy. 3. Align priorities with spending. Money is a tool that can be used like any other, and financially successful people know how to make the most of every cent. That’s because they align their spending with their priorities and values. They cut back on expenses in areas that don’t provide lasting fulfillment and satisfaction to create room in their budgets for the things that do. If you want to achieve financial success, you need to focus on your own personal journey. Avoid being influenced by what others spend their money on. 4 Budget and track spending. Speaking of budgets, financially successful people most certainly know how to use them. They know how much they make, how much they spend, and on what. You can’t succeed with your finances if you don’t have a clue what you’re doing each month. Ignoring your budget or failing to track your spending puts you on the fast track for financial problems like consumer debt.

7 HABITS OF FINANCIALLY SUCCESSFUL WOMEN In order to achieve financial success, there are a few rules you need to follow (unless you win the jackpot, and even then these tips come in handy). Spending less than you earn is probably a simple one to start with, but even by following this, still not many people reach that level of financial success. Women who achieve the debt-free, healthy net worth life are following a few rules to keep themselves financially stable and to increase their wealth. It is never too early or too late to start your journey to financial success.Chek out these 7 rules on how to achieve finacial success. 1. Set goals. It’s difficult to achieve at a high level if you have no purpose, focus, or direction. Similarly, it’s impossible to succeed if you’re not sure what you’re working toward. Goals can provide that necessary direction. But there’s a difference between a great goal and one that’s doomed from the get-go. Your goals need to be actionable, specific, and trackable. Monitor your progress and reward yourself for accomplishments. Create positive goals, like “I will save $100 extra every month” (instead of negative ones, like “I will stop spending too much on dining out every month.”). 8

5. Increase financial literacy Those who succeed with what they earn, save, and invest, understand that they need to continue their financial educations and work to increase their financial literacy. There are always new things you can learn about money and you need to make sure that you get the information you need. People who are financially successful always make sure that they increase their financial literacy. 7. Earn More Income Financially successful people understand that saving more money is one half of the wealth equation. The other half: earning more money. Why? Because working to earn more allows you to fast-track your financial goals and accomplishments. Don’t hesitate to negotiate for raises and ask for what you’re worth. Establish a side hustle or gig and earn extra money on the side of your full-time job. If you’re passionate about working for yourself, explore freelancing or entrepreneurship to help you boost your earning potential. 8. Take initiative. People who are financially successful don’t achieve more with their money by sitting back and waiting for good things to come their way. They take action and play an active role in their accomplishments. It’s critical that you learn to capitalize on good opportunities that come your way—and create your own when that well runs dry.

Naomi Campbell said “F**k fame… I will only work if it benefits my people” Fashion Icon Naomi Campbell made it very clear that she will not compromise her integrity nor her people for the sake of fame. In the new British GQ cover issue featuring Naomi Campbell and her alleged new beau Skepta, the close friends sat down for a joint interview to discuss race, politics and their careers. 47-year-old Naomi Campbell has been in the fashion industry for over 3 decades. She explains that at this point in her career, she does not book her gigs based on a need for fame. Instead, she chooses jobs based on how they will help black people. “When I choose the job I’m going to do when it’s offered to me … I don’t give a f**k about fame.” “It’s not about that for me. It’s about what does it do for my people now. If I do this job, where can it go? Where does it lead to? What can I do for them? That’s where I’m thinking.” Campbell was asked how has Donald Trump affected her since becoming President of the United States and she said: “For those people that are ignorant, feel now that they can come out openly and show their ignorance because the leader of the free world is showing his.” The interview continued with Skepta sharing his thoughts about racism in the music industry. He felt that black rappers are racist to white rappers, he states “Whites were racist to blacks, but now black rappers are saying in their songs ‘White bitch, she’ll sniff a line,’ stuff like that,” he explained. “It’s like why can black rappers say that? If a white rapper said ‘Black bitch … He would get crucified for saying that. I think everybody deep down knows wrong or right, so when people are being racist they know they’re being

them about their sexual history, there is always a correlation to suppressed sexual energy. 3) Your “financial difficulties” are manmade. Meaning, you made them. Take responsibility. Money is energy. Money is the universe affirming back to you that you have stepped up to your game, and are giving it your all. If you are just dialing it in, if you haven’t fully connected to your path and are not giving your gifts, your bank balance will reflect that. Not sure what your gifts are? Here’s a hint: the closer you get to the truth of your gifts, the more money you make. For years, I was in “exploration” mode, or I was doing some version of what I do now, but not yet in its fully realized form. When I got bolder, put myself out there more and fully owned my gifts, the universe responded with more money.

Sexual Flow = Financial Flow

BY KIM ANANI

The easiest way to get rich is to have more sex. More gourmet sex. That is, sex which is infused with the power of surrender. Sex where you let go, emotionally open and let yourself be seen. If you are feeling financially stuck, chances are that you are sexually stuck. Sexual energy is life force energy. It creates new life. If you aren’t creating babies, you need to be directing that energy somewhere. If you don’t, it will invert back on you in all sorts of destructive ways, creating everything from depression to weight gain to health problems to zero cash flow. You have the creative power of the universe at your genitals. Use it. Here’s how:

1) Have regular sex. If not with a partner, then with yourself. Set up weekly sex dates, or several times a week. Hey, even try a 30-day sex challenge to kick things off. This energy needs to be kept moving, or it will get stuck and implode. 2) Use sexual ailments as barometers. Any problem in the reproductive organs is simply dammed up sexual energy. You name it, whatever it manifests as on the physical plane in your breasts, prostate, cervix, womb—it is only the expression of stuck energy somewhere connected to your sexuality. It’s a sign that instead of expressing your energy outward into the world, it is inverting on you can causing pain and dis-ease. Take that as a sign that you have to reverse the flow. I see this a lot with clients. Especially in women and the appearance of cysts. When I question

4) Your libido = life force. Carl Jung said that on a psychological level, the libido is our drive to individuate, to express our unique gifts in the world. You tap into that much more easily when you are tuned into your sexual energy. At times, when I feel excited about doing something, when I’m poised at the precipice or big risk, I feel a tingling in my genitals. I’m so excited, that I’m sexually excited. AND, the precursor to this was me fully connecting to my sexual energy. I opened up the floodgates of my enormous sexual appetite—which really is an appetite for life, because sexual energy and creative energy are one in the same, remember?—and the financial abundance poured in. 5) Clear the blocks in your sexual relationship. This applies to both your relationship with sex and within an intimate partnership. If you carry internalized sexual oppression (and we all do), it weighs you down until you confront it. If there are blocks in your relationship, it will show up as impeded cash flow.

10 School is back in session for chilThings dren and adults, and what better Children time is it to learn something new that is beneficial for Mother Earth can do to and all who reside in save the it. Many are becoming health and Planet

BY: TRAZANA STAPLES environmentally conscious and we all, both children and adults, can contribute to help the planet by reducing our carbon foot print.

It is not difficult or time consuming for anyone to participate. In doing so, we are adding life to Mother Earth. Children love to help; in fact they are fast learners. No one is too big are too small, and we all can make a huge difference!

Below are 10 simple things kids can do to help save the planet: 1. Bring your own bag when you go shopping. 600 bags are thrown away every second in California! Many of these bags litter the oceans where they can injure marine animals. 2. Plant a tree. A single tree can help clean the air. 3. Ride your bike for errands like going to the grocery store or video store - get your Mom and Dad to ride their bikes too. It’s fun, and

bicycling is much cleaner for the air than driving a car. 4. Unplug your appliances using them. Even if they’re turned off, electric appliances still use power if they’re plugged in. 5. Use reusable containers for your lunch. If you take a disposable lunch to school every day, you’re creating 67 pounds of garbage a year! 6. Use rechargeable batteries. They last longer,

and throwing disposable batteries in the trash is against the law and dangerous for the environment. 7. Don’t buy things you don’t need, and donate your used clothes, toys and books to someone who can use them. 8. Eat mostly vegetables and grains - they require less energy to grow and create less pollution than meat. 9. Turn out the lights when you don’t need

them. 10. Help your family eat locally. The average meal travels a long way to get to your plate - 1500 miles, but there is lots of food grown close by. Check out your local farmer’s market and shop at the Co-op - or plant a garden and grow some of your own food. http://www.sacfoodcoop.com/index.php? option=com_content&view=article&id=1149%3A10things-kids-can-do-to-help-the-planet&catid=59% 3Aconsumer-guides&lang=us&Itemid=65

ASK ASHLEE Dear Ask Ashlee, I’m a 22 yr old college student who recently met a 41 year old man on campus and we immediately took interest to one another. He is such a gentlemen and very intelligent, obviously being older than me he has a lot of wisdom. I haven;t decided yet to completely open up myself to him yet because I am about 90% certain my family would be against us dating. As I stated before he is about 20 years older than me and he is only 6 years younger than my parents. Do you think I would be wrong to pursue a real relationship with him, or am I way in over my head? By the way, I love your podcast girl ! PYT Dear PYT, I think the better question for you to be considering right now is what is going to make you happy? Also, whose happiness is more important to you; you or your families? I am sure your parents will need to take some time to adjust to such a surprising relationship, but all any parent wants is for their children to be loved and to be happy. If this man makes you feel this way then he is already a winner. If they don’t believe that, then the more important thing for you to do is for you to stand on your own two feet and stand for yourself, your happiness and your life. I hope this helps! Love, Ask Ashlee
