NOTE: The options A to E consist of shell scheme including an all inclusive package consisting of system walls (height 2.50m), anthracite carpet tiles, frieze text and company logo, a minimum of one triple spotlight, power supply socket, power use up to 2kW, complete booth furniture, full catering service, invitation service and Wi-Fi. Alternatively, the organization of Offshore Energy will gladly offer you the flexibility of bringing and setting up your own booth construction. Please contact the project team to discuss your wishes. The organization reserves the right to slightly alter the size of the booth. The maximum building height in the booth is 5 meters, an extra floor on top of the booth is not allowed. Booth location will be assigned by the organization. The organizer will seek to meet the exhibitor’s wishes, but reserves the right to place any exhibitor in the most suitable location. Participation includes company name and logo on the website www.offshore-energy.biz and company details in the event catalogue.
