TODDLER TIME

FAMILY PLACE PLAY & LEARN WORKSHOP SERIES
Play together, make friends, get support! In this five-week series we will play together and engage in activities that encourage learning and healthy development while meeting and playing with other children and caregivers. Each week, we'll also have an expert on hand to chat and play. You'll be able to ask questions and get information on raising healthy, happy children. This program is designed for children 0-3 and their parents/caregivers. Registration required. Please plan on attending entire five-week series. If you need volunteer hours for school, church, or another organization, we offer regular volunteer sessions. Volunteers can expect to assist with program preparation and other activities around the library. You can attend for as many or as few hours as you need. DEVICE ADVICE
Bring your smartphone, tablet, or laptop and your questions, and drop in for help from our Digital Services Team. These sessions are designed to help familiarize patrons with common devices and Internet functions in order to encourage digital literacy in our community.
Device Advice can include the following: • OverDrive/Libby and SimplyE collections for free eBooks and digital audiobooks • Library resources such as online databases, cloudLibrary, Hoopla, Pronunciator, etc. • Email/internet basics. Please come prepared with your usernames and passwords. • Social media • Usage of patron-owned devices such as eReaders, tablets, and smartphones • Basic computer troubleshooting • Other computer or technology-related questions

SIT & STITCH
Do you like to knit, crochet, or do other stitching crafts? Come share tips and patterns and socialize with other crafty people. Stitchers of all levels are welcome. A knitting veteran will be on hand to assist if you get stuck on a particular project. No registration required.

DIY After Dark is a chance for you to take a little time to get creative while engaging in your community.
