Lee County area residential sales up 12% in May; YTD sales up 10%

Lee County residential sales reached 141 units in May, an improvement in sales growth of 11.9 percent from last May. Year-to-date (YTD), residential sales through May are up a solid 10.2 percent which is consistent with the positive statewide sales growth.
