Every child has a story. Each child’s story is unique and invaluable. We need to hear their voices, listen to their stories and understand their meaning.
In order to feed into discussions and decision-making about quality inclusive education for all children, UNICEF and the Association “Društvo ujedinjenih građanskih akcija – Duga” collected a series of real-life stories about experiences and lessons learned from children, parents, teachers and professionals.
Stories were written in municipalities that participated in the Programme “Enhancing the Social Protection and Inclusion System for Children in BiH - SPIS”. With the slogan “For Every Child”, UNICEF gathered government partners, local communities and civil society to improve social protection and inclusion systems for children. With support from the European Union, the Government of Norway and DFID, this programme contributes to systems and policies for the protection of the most vulnerable children.
