The Brief
Design a logo/symbol for a newly formed economically backward women's farmers co-operative in Kumaun region. The name of the co-operative is Neoli. It is a bird found in that region.
The Concept Since the logo is to be developed for economically backward people (fe-males) who have huge restraints, financial problems which bogs them down mentally and physically. The co-operative will help them stand and get mental, physical, financial strength. The great barbet is used as a metaphor for the co-operative which will help them achieve new heights (physical , mental ,financial ) and will help them fly (metaphorically).
