CAD CAM SYSTEM How the Neoshape CAD/CAM System works: The dental prosthesis technician (DPT) can plan on the computer screen in three-dimensional shape all aesthetic and functional details of differents prosthetic resolutions in day-to-day laboratorial.
After the virtual waxing conclusion, a computer file is sent to the Neodent Milling Center. The information management is carried out on every received case; then, the file is forwarded to manufacture, where the latest equipment, dedicated exclusively to the Neoshape System, produces the received cases with precision and quality guarantee.
There is where the waxing stops being virtual and becomes real, adding up Neodent technology to the professional knowledge and patient biotype, making smiles more natural and beautiful.
The Neoshape System offers a large library of prosthetic interfaces jointly with its 3D modeling software.
Amongst them:
•Rotational External Hex; •Anti-rotational External Hex; •Mini Conical Abutment; •Universal Post; Also, there is a available option: the metallic

NeoPoros
Surface Constant evolution and security guarantee
Following years of intense research and development of new technologies, Neodent has achieved the most modern and current techniques for the surface treatment of implants: the Neoporos Surface. Based on the abrasive blasting concept followed by acid subtraction, the Neoporos Surface promotes, from on the use of oxides with controlled granulometry, irregular craters on the implant surface, which are then standardized by the acid subtraction technique. The surface uniformity is obtained during the abrasive blasting and is assured by virtue of the speed robotised control, pressure and particle size that collide with the implant. Various scientific studies are still under way, so that the Neoporos surface is always evolving and promoting much more security for you

However, the casting process does not follow the same quality control that the manufacturing process does, therefore, the dental technician should often check for the absence of positive metallic porosities in the screw passage tube. Therefore, the overcasting technique maintains the quality of the fittings among the guaranteed parts from the factory and enables the design and individualisation of the infrastructure, to allow additional material on the manufactured base to hold its shape. CASTABLE PRODUCTS LINE A product line that gives to DENTAL TECHNICIAN complete freedom to cast the infrastructure with a metallic alloy of their choice, directly over the implant platform or abutment. Often, price is the decisive factor in this choice. Therefore, the adaptation quality to the implant primarily depends on the care in handling by the professional, providing quality assurance of prosthetic components with pre-fabricated metallic base. After casting, we suggest that you always evaluate the adaptation of the analogues prior to cementing the crown.
The castable components are available for all cylinders on intermediary, Universal Posts and UCLAs. Note the sequence of this product found in this catalogue.

TITANIUM LINE Among the more traditional alloy in implantology, there is the Titanium, conforming to regulation ASTM F136- Ti6Al4V. Known as Titanium grade V, it is widely used in the manufacture of provisional prosthesis. The dentist or the DPT can adapt resin crowns pre-fabricated over the cylinders and can create temporary crowns with perfect fitting and security, or even create a temporary crown directly over the cylinders, which can be used in immediate loading situations. The prosthetic components in Titanium are provided sterile, guaranteeing security and strengthening our ethical commitment with you. Pre-fabricated components in Titanium must not be overcasted. Although Titanium has a high fusion temperature (approx 1680 ยบC), the alloy undergoes structural changes when subjected to high temperatures. Therefore, metallic alloys with Titanium base still remain a challenge to the science of dental material.
The Titanium prosthetic components are offered as cylinders for all intermediates and implants, also as customized infrastructures with the Neoshape line. Note the mechanical characteristics (rotational or anti-rotational) of each case and the sequence of products found in this catalogue.

Instruments
Sterilise Sterilize on the eve of or in the day of procedure. It is recommended, preferably, follow the method of sterilization by steam autoclaving, and also the parameters and procedures established in the regulation BS EN ISO 17665-1:2006 Moist heat. Requirements for the development, validation and routine control of a sterilization process for medical devices, or to proceed conforming to the instructions manual from the manufacturer of the autoclave. WARNING: THE KITS ARE DAMAGED WHEN SEALED WITH ADHESIVE TAPE. DO NOT STERILIZE PRODUCTS MADE IN POLYMER AT HOTHOUSE. VALIDITY OF STERILIZATION: 7 to 15 days, since kept in clean environment, dry and away from the sun.
HYGIENE Kits Neodent and surgical instruments should be properly cleaned after each use. Do not let them in contact with moisture for prolonged periods. 1st Step: Disassemble piece (if applicable). 2nd step: Immerge the whole piece in enzymatic detergent with solution of 10%. 3rd Step: Wash in an ultrasonic washer for about 10 minutes, 4th step: Rinse with distilled water in abundance to remove completely the solution residues, making use of brushes. 5th step: Dry with clean and dry cloth or compressed air. 6th step: Realize visual inspection, observing if the cleaning process has been successful. If there is any dirt, the piece should be re-immersed in detergent – 1st and 2nd steps -, and, if is necessary, the cleaning should be done with the help of a wire brush for dental use (repeat the rinsing and drying sequence). 7th Step: Select the packaging in accordance with the sterilization process. Preferably use surgical level film and paper envelope.
IMPORTANT: Never store the material without complete drying. Drying is very important to prevent oxidations. ATTENTION: Do not use not incrusted products (non-enzymatic). They tend to darken the pieces and also cause oxidation. The use of enzymatic liquid with concentration higher than 10%, as well as drying of pieces containing cleaning solution residues, helps oxidation and must be avoided.
