Leave the motorway at J41and take the A650 signposted Morley, Bradford. At the traffic lights turn right onto A654 signposted Rothwell. Continue forward onto Thorpe Lane entering Leeds. Turn left onto Thorpe Lower lane, at the traffic lights turn left onto the A61 signposted Leeds. Take your first left onto Sharp Lane the left again onto Sharp House Road. The development is on your left hand side. From Leeds City Centre and the M621 From Leeds City Centre follow signs for the Inner Ring Road A58(M) and A64(M). Proceed until you reach the A58(M)/A64 roundabout taking the first exit onto the A58 (signposted M621, M62 Halifax). At the next roundabout take the first exit continuing on the A58.
