Lift coatings from lockdown lows! By Tara Benn With lockdown restrictions and the intensity of the Covid virus now mercifully receding, all SAPMA members must be looking forward to live events again. If there’s one you should not miss, it surely must be the long-awaited Coatings for Africa 2022 expo at the Sandton Convention Centre from May 4-6.
T
he show is much needed by our industry, which now needs every opportunity to market and network to make up for two lost years. With a rich history of success through its association with the Oil and Colour Chemists’ Association (OCCA) and SAPMA, Coatings for Africa is the largest dedicated coatings event in Africa for raw material and service suppliers, equipment and paint manufacturers. For three days, the trade exhibition along with the Coatings for Africa Conference, will provide serious business and networking opportunities for the coating’s community. Stakeholders from the entire supply chain of the coating industry will be in attendance.
