hilippe Renou invites us to enter his strange and fascinating world, where dreams mingle with nightmares, where reality is deformed and metamorphosed. his drawings are windows open to the unconscious, to the fears and desires that inhabit us. he plays with symbols, contrasts, perspectives, to create scenes that defy logic and reason, but speak to us in a deep and unsettling way. It's a clever comedy, which makes us laugh and shudder, which challenges us and questions us, which reveals us to ourselves.

"a vision of the best, the worst, in short, an emotional ordeal to live with or without bias. a look at troubling situations in our daily lives... where surrealism surprises us with its progressive omnipresence! " " I draw what I feel, what I see, what I imagine. I do not seek to please or displease, but to share my vision of the world, which is sometimes beautiful, sometimes dark, but always sincere. "

FRANCE

15 - JEU DE DaMES

"My drawings are not only seen...they are also read". "My drawings are like riddles, puzzles to piece together. Everyone can find their own meaning, their own interpretation. There is no absolute truth, but impressions, sensations, emotions."

"Those who no longer turn in circles quickly lose their sense of direction, but find another horizon, that of a disturbing vision". "I am attentive to what is happening around me, to the society in which I live, to the events that shake it up. I am inspired by everything that touches me, shocks me, makes me react. I translate this into my personal language, which is that of surrealism.” "I BREaTh WITh MY paSSION !!!!!!"

tefanos "St" Drakos, a phD Civil and Computational Engineer, has remarkably melded his technical prowess with the realm of abstract and figurative art, thus creating a visually arresting style that can only be described as surreal parametric design. Working under the umbrella of ComDes firm, St Drakos creates intricate and evolving geometric patterns, resulting in an extraordinary fusion of art and science.

his works are a testament to the power of computational design, where algorithms become the brush and data serves as the pigment. With mathematical precision, he gives birth to abstract shapes and forms that challenge the observer's perception, blurring the boundary between the tangible and the ethereal. The artworks rise in surreal forms, and echo the strange beauty of fractals and the perfect symmetry of natural geometry. at the core of St Drakos' approach is the interplay between chaos and order, illusion and reality, weaving together a unique dreamscape that defies traditional natural laws. These artworks

reality, where the viewer finds themselves entranced by the oscillation between the familiar and the alien.

14

In every work, Drakos pushes the frontier of conventional art, expressing the inexpressible with lines and forms born from algorithms. his artworks are simultaneously an engineering marvel and a visual feast, an ode to the limitless possibilities of the human mind that can bridge the gap between disparate disciplines. Drakos, with his unique approach, has breathed new life into the surrealistic and abstract art, compelling us to question and re-think our understanding of reality, art, and design. aesthetically enchanting and intellectually stimulating, the art of St Drakos is an audacious journey into the heart of a digital dreamscape, a testament to the transformative power of computational design.

free art wishing to free itself from all conventions and all labels.

I want my art to be elusive and twirling, like a bridge between different styles and artistic movements, a kind of transition, a big gap (between the past through gesture and composition and the present through the choice of modern supports and topics).

The subject remains the work itself, a multifaceted character evolving according to the inspiration of the moment. This main character, the work, is photographed, filmed and then sometimes transcended into accentuated colors or even analyzed in black and white. The work is developed through the accumulation of itself and reproductions of itself thanks to series.

Everything inspires me, like nature, animals, light, contrasts, people, chance, the unexpected, emotions and everything influences me, like the compositions of picasso, the gilding of Klimt, the production of Wharol, the gestures of pollock, the joy of Matisse or the sculptures of Rodin.

I explore the past, its techniques and its supports to anchor myself in my time by experimenting with new supports such as plexiglas or printing on aluminum with more abstract patterns.

I am entering Contemporary art by currently exploring the different possibilities of artificial intelligence by practicing prompt art, because it corresponds perfectly to the aesthetics that I expect in Global Fusional art, despite the controversies and divergences linked to this art. The figurative gives birth to abstraction.

Exhibitions and numerous awards mark her artistic path.

olic international reputation and awardwinning status are a testament to her talent and the impact of her artwork on the art world. her unique creative process, starting with matte black surfaces and incorporating various techniques to follow her inspiration, results in abstract art that eloquently conveys her emotions while emphasizing balance and contrast where colours compromise on one side and are balanced out by forms on the other.

her approach to finding focal points and leaving quiet areas for the eyes to rest adds depth to her compositions. The phase of "detachment" in her process is a pivotal moment, allowing her to let go and embark on a fresh canvas filled with the excitement of new creation. an emotion, a momentum and a composition to experience…her joy of living!

elf-taught, my challenge is to make art useful with paintings that find their practicality at home. My preferred technique is acrylic.

Nature and the various events in my life are my sources of inspiration.

My concept is innovative. It consists not only in working on the aesthetic aspect of the work, but also in developing its functional aspect. I like my creations not just to be decorative, but to have a second life in the hands of the person who owns them. That's my ultimate goal. So my creations can be transformed into billboards or reminders. let me explain: my Magnetic Boards are equipped with a metal sheet that enables photos or memos to be magnetized to the free areas of the frame. My Slate Boards have a black silhouette in slate paint on which you can write or draw with school chalk. Of course, this can be wiped off with a slightly damp sponge.

I also use my art to express my imagination and highlight what speaks to me, what moves me !

I also respond to specific requests. It's a real challenge for me, because I have to feel and transcribe your wishes, while adding my own personal touch ! Energie Méditative is an example.

he art of Maite Farreres is the perfect combination of an innate talent, a solid academic background and an incessant inspiration, with the desire to experience new frontiers in her work.

after a first period in which she explored acrylic with a brushstroke of neo-impressionist influence, she currently focuses her work on watercolor combined with India ink.

her technique, casual and spontaneous at first glance, can only be the result of extraordinary skill with the brush, since it allows her to draw the sketch directly in Chinese ink, without preparation or guidelines for proportions or perspectives. For all these reasons, Maite's works are essentially fresh, eased, leaving the viewer the possibility of imaginatively completing the lines of the drawing, thus personalizing the contemplation of the painting.

With an unlimited color palette, Maite chooses the most appropriate for each environment, without renouncing to include the reserve as one more line of her painting.

her creative practice has evolved from the urban landscape, with special emphasis on architectural design, to the generation of environments -interiors or exteriors- where the protagonism of the characters (while they enjoy themselves on a terrace, shop, ride a bike or simply walk... ) is shared with the daily scene of streets, squares or cafes.

as the passionate traveler that she is, Maite never stops finding inspiration in the environments she frequents, which she later transfers to the studio to capture it in her work.

MURZO (ISABELLE)

p

assionate about art since her early childhood, Isabelle Murzeau quickly decided to devote her life to painting. after graduating from the School of Fine arts in angers, the artist explored, experimented and initiated herself into various techniques that would gradually help her forge a singular pictorial identity. particularly inspired by the pop art movement, the world of comics and artists such as Warhol and Banksy, the one who signs her works under the name of Murzo is one of those artists for whom art is committed, militant.

"Several themes such as women's rights or animal rights are particularly close to my heart", explains the painter from angers. Murzo proceeds by series that she fleshes out according to her desires and her inspiration. In her series entitled "les Mal aimés", she presents animals considered as pests and does not hesitate to denounce the inhumane abandonment of which our little companions are victims at the approach of the summer. Very sensitive to the current events and the history of our societies, the artist feeds on the great figures and symbols of our era. Simone Veil, angela Merkel, Jacques prévert, Joséphine Baker, Saint-Exupéry... She chooses great personalities of whom she signs detailed portraits: "I always try to retrace the major stages of the life of those I paint. I'm not satisfied with just sketching their features but I try to convey a message", explains Murzo.

It is on wood and cardboard that the painter chooses to express herself. To compose her figurative works, she uses various techniques. In particular, she handles the stencil and the spray can with confidence and dexterity to perfect colorful and dynamic paintings that sometimes border on humorous caricature. In any case, each work of Murzo challenges and pushes to reflection. Because the artist scatters here and there details, clues and elements that the observer discovers as he investigates. a bit like a treasure hunt, the viewer is invited to look for and assemble the pieces of the puzzle to create a form of entity and understand the artist's word.

I started as a painter, evolved into a photographer, and eventually began handpainting on my Cibachrome prints over 40 years ago.

Before photoshop I found a way to express a new magical reality with the vivid, saturated and unrealistic colors I painted into each photographic print..

For the past 30 years I have been scanning my one-of-a-kind hand-painted prints and my library of 35mm Kodachrome color transparencies taken over the last 45 years. I paint, combine and enhance them with photoshop, creating my own beautiful idyllic world!

Fascinated by the theatre and opera in her youth, it was later through the visual arts and poetry that she began to express herself. The little girl who had a special relationship with her grandmothers is now an accomplished, caring woman with a loving eye for her fellow human beings", writes a literary critic about me.

I love life and living things. I try to paint, draw, photograph and write beautiful stories that invite viewers and readers to reflect on their personal development, to put down their worries and sorrows so that they can deal with them better, to meditate while looking at an image that will caress their soul, embrace their thoughts and cradle their feelings.

I don't have a specific technique because I didn't study art. I'm self-taught. My technique is to bring out the best in my models and shots. I take the time to connect with nature, to be in harmony with what will be the centre of the image I'm going to create. I frame the image and try to get it as sharp as possible. I put love and pleasure into creating beautiful images.

Then around the age of 16 I started photography and color printing. I also had the opportunity to work on set photos for a feature film in the 1976s.

about ten years ago I went digital, and I started with a minimalist approach, I focused on reflected light, the materials of the hulls of ships docked in the port of Rouen. I come from a background very oriented towards the visual arts for three generations; my choice fell on abstract art because I like its sensations and its vibrations which emerge from my “inner being”, but also that there is a certain spontaneity, also imagination above all, but also the harmony of shapes and beauty of colors.

T

o paint is to let one’s soul speak. as for me, my creations develop in phases and states between my conscious and my unconscious.

Consciously, I begin to draw my creatures on the canvas until I grab my paintbrushes. The magic happens… I am the matter, the tubes of paint my body envelope. I become the paintbrush of my soul. I caress the canvas, scratch it with the knife technique, discuss and dispute with it. The vibrations emanate between us.

We dialogue without interruption, sigh, breathe together. Music or silence rhythm our exchange towards a piece of eternity. While creating, an infernal dance arises… the pogo, from which the invitations to move emerge. Sometimes the latter come from me, at other times it is my creatures that drive us on the starry track.

The colors come from everywhere, flow through us. They dance, twirl before resting delicately on the canvas. With the Ego of my soul’s paintbrush and my Ego of colored materials, we touch the "grace" then my conscience takes over to finalize my work.

I perceive, capture my creatures… we grow together since my youth. This is just the beginning because I dedicate myself to them days and nights. Why do they exist? Why are they there? are they already us now or will we become "them" after our passage on this Earth? They invite us to question about ourselves… What past, what future? active or passive? Spectators or actors of our life? So? What do you think?

rom a very young age, he showed an enterprising and independent temperament, even sometimes rebellious or rebellious. art has always been the driving force behind his actions.

It is music that will most of the time win his favors, painting imposed itself on him 15 years ago, as an alternative means of expression, appealing to other senses and allowing him to express his emotions otherwise. he decides to reduce the importance he gives to music, in order to leave more room for painting. although most of his paintings are figurative, he mainly paints what he feels or wants to feel.

painting is for him a means of escape, expression and sharing. for him art must be in movement, in ferment and constantly questioning established rules. he was born in Meknes which is one of the imperial cities of Morocco. a city marked by its olive trees, its historical monuments and various traditions. he lived in a spiritual and meditative atmosphere.

he was fascinated from school by the paintings of the great masters, but he was resistant to any artistic education. It was therefore as an autodidact that he undertook his own pictorial explorations: looking, observing, thinking, then imagining and painting. ithout beginning or end, nature in motion never forgets where it came from. Constantly evolving, unrestrained by perpetual change, the wheel of life at its center has been organizing and balancing itself since the dawn of time.

Could this be an invitation to get back to basics? Emma lapassouze's Infinite Circles invite us to meditate on the ephemeral nature of life, while letting in the light.

a necessary awareness of the unstable state of our existences to finally let go and allow ourselves to focus on what's essential.

If time passes and landscapes are renewed, it's because the present moment doesn't last. It doesn't define. accepting it, as much as celebrating it, is the key to keeping pace with its frantic race and living fully, satisfied with Being without having.

It's this return to our roots that Emma's sculptures reveal, suggesting to the viewer, through a play of connections, the expression of a new language, that of the imperceptible and the intimate. So many new possibilities for deciphering the sacred meaning of our environment.

From circles of steel, drawing their raw strength from the very depths of the Earth, to organic concentrations of glass shards, the effervescence of energies translates the miracle of transformation. an emphasis that echoes the original character of each element, whose sequence of life cycles would be nothing without the intrinsic characteristics of their composition.

The artist sublimates her message by adding precious minerals such as lapis lazuli and gold, whose celestial depth of color illustrates the immensity of the universe and our place within it.

a spiritual quest transcended by the continuous variations in intensity of a light that crosses, glides and reflects on every asperity of the work to underline its very essence. Or is it a reflection of our own experience, questioning us through the harmonious whole of infinite recommencement ?

My artistic approach is deeply rooted in a bold exploration of every day life and world events. I am a fervent believer in the magic that emanates from colors and materials, a magic that can transform the negative into a symphony of inspiring works of art.

My goal, quite ambitious, is to combine materials and colors a priori irreconcilable to translate the richness of the positive within the complexity of our existence. I aspire to symbolize the relief of life, an existence much more nuanced than a simple dichoto my between good and evil, a rich palette of colors and emotions, like our world in perpetual mutation.

Faced with the sometimes dark torments that shake our planet, I pledge to magnify the points of light that emerge from the darkness. My art becomes a source of hope, an artistic resilience that springs from the most difficult challenges. It is a way to transcend adversity by creating works that inspire, soothe and inspire meditation.

at the heart of my artistic approach lies the subtle alchemy of materials and positive colors. I am convinced of their ability to alter our perception of reality, to elevate our minds and to broaden our vision of the world.

Through the seelements, I createc reations that capture the viewer’s soul, inviting them on a unique visual journey. Each work becomes an invitation to explore, to feel, to marvel at the complexity and beauty of the world around us.

I loved these explosions of colors. later, I became interested in combining paper cuts to make paintings. But it was during my stays in africa that I discovered different crafts and was attracted by wooden sculptures. Colors, paper, sculptures…. it was enough for my passion for "paper art" on sculptures to be born. Today, my only claim is to trigger astonishment, curiosity and emotions. I also present my works on online sites. Thus, I have the pleasure of sharing, and offer the possibility to travel to anyone caught by the emotion arising from my pictures…..

JULIEN ABSTRAIT

I

am Julien abstract, contemporary painter. painting represents for me a passion that drives me and that I maintain through my creations.

For me, it constitutes a wonderful means of expression with the only limit being my imagination! Multifaceted personality, I am curious, I like sport, traveling, discovering other horizons and meeting new people and everything around me is a source of inspiration (landscapes and panoramas, music, films, meetings... ).

I am challenged by the play of colors and lights in my everyday life. I work with acrylic on different supports and formats. My unique original paintings are the reflection of an emotion that is as spontaneous as it is ephemeral and painting offers me precisely the opportunity to immortalize, to freeze these sensations. Modern design attracts me and I am keen to touch everyone, to make people vibrate through my creations.

I sincerely hope that they will be able to find themselves in my abstract creations and that they will experience as much pleasure in seeing my paintings as I have in imagining them. perpetually in search of new associations of shapes and colors, I seek to trigger deep and authentic emotions in curious souls who come to meet me.

By browsing my site www.julien-abstrait.com, you will learn to better understand my state of mind and my universe. I offer a whole range of modern paintings staged for a deep sensory immersion as well as several collections of articles inspired by my works of art. My unique style is an invitation to travel.

hrough my abstract artworks, I strive to materialize a bridge between everyone's beliefs and perceptions.

My aspiration is to assemble various elements in order to form an original unity, intriguing the spectator, and encouraging them to “glue the pieces together” to make their interpretation. We could compare my work to a web whose weaving evolves according to each person's perceptions and sensitivities.

This approach also echoes my artistic origins, when I sometimes tried my hand at textile art and collage. Currently, I rely on artworks with attractive details, as well as contrasting colors that catch the viewer's eye.

I

have loved art for as long as I can remember. Through my works, I convey messages, emotions, and ideas. art holds a fundamental place in my life. It allows me to express myself, share my passions, and communicate with others in a unique way.

Each artistic creation I make is the result of deep reflection and personal exploration. I draw my inspiration from the landscapes that surround me, the experiences I live, and the emotions that flow through me. Every brushstroke or pencil line is a means of expressing a fragment of my worldview. art also allows me to represent subjects that are dear to my heart, such as the environment, equality, social justice, and the beauty of human diversity. I believe in its power to raise awareness and bring about change. a single artwork can awaken consciousness, spark discussions, and inspire new actions. art has an incredible ability to capture fleeting emotions and moments in life. It can be a source of escape and contemplation, and reflection. Each colour, shape and line is carefully chosen to create a harmonious whole that invites the viewer to immerse them selves in my artistic universe.

as an artist, I strive to push the boundaries of my creativity and explore new techniques and mediums. I love experimenting with oil painting, charcoal drawing, sculpture, and even interactive installations. Every new artistic experience is an opportunity to grow and learn.

In conclusion, art is much more than just a hobby for me. It's a way of life, a way of seeing and interpreting the world around me.

I find it an infinite source of inspiration and a way to convey subtle, profound and universal messages. My goal is to touch other swith my creations and sharemy passion for art with the world.

s a contemporary artist with a degree in Fine arts, Diana Nobs produces portraits of disturbing realism. Whether in charcoal, watercolor, oil or pastels, she likes to experiment and vary the techniques to offer the spectators the most beautiful results.

Today, she does not hesitate to add a dose of abstraction in her creations, letting resin flow or inserting metallic structures on her canvas, to obtain an illusion of fragility or, on the contrary, of strength.

When you pass in front of one of her paintings, you can only be hypnotized by the power it exudes. The multitude of details, the precision of the features gives us the impression that we are in front of a living being or animal. The breath of life she manages to give them is stunning. The chromatic vibrations are powerful, the gesture imbued with assurance.

It must be said that Diana has always been encouraged in this direction. First of all, by her parents who realized the precocity of her gift, then by her natural curiosity which pushed her to surpass herself on every occasion. No wonder her exhibition schedule is so full. We bet that her next works will be just as captivating.

Self-taught, lover of art, of life, of people, connected to the Universe as he likes to describe himself, Ralph.S works mainly in oil, combining painting and philosophy, thus accompanying the viewer on paths of deep and intimate reflections.

To immerse yourself in one of these paintings is to join its dreamlike, abstract, ideological and imaginative world, a universe of various hues imbued with surrealism and the figurative.

Several times awarded, the artist continues to bring his paintings to life through bright and pure colors, poetic features, oscillating between reality and fiction, between figuration and abstraction. Each painting then becomes an interior journey, an immersion in this great Whole which connects us to each other.

aving practiced medicine for 15 years, my interest in the richness and complexity of the human experience continues naturally in my artistic work.

My challenge is to embrace my new career without denying the old one. My practice explores possible futures in light of current scientific notions. I imagine probable and probable consequences that are scary or desirable.

My approach combines contemporary art and science fiction using a mixture of familiar and unusual. among the artists who inspire me are René Magritte, de Chirico, Tim Burton, David lynch, all masters in the art of creating a sense of strangeness.

I frequently address themes that question what is unique to humanity. Who are we? What is our relationship to the Other? Rituals, clothes, beliefs, institutions, myths, dreams and tales feed my research and reflection.

My exploration is done using different mediums: painting, printmaking, textile, digital art and installation.

The latter combine in a body of works that examine what constitutes the essence of the human, his identity and heritage distinct from those of the animal kingdom or artificial intelligence.

My pictorial space often resembles a laboratory dedicated to hybridization. By combining techniques, materials or ideas, I try to discover where humans come from and where they go.

f Robin Dubois is called "the cat", it is only for his dynamic paw that he applies to his large format canvases.

Red, yellow, white, this abstract painter likes to make colors explode before the eyes of art lovers.

If from his childhood, Robin spent hours contemplating the shades of blue and green of his native Moselle, the passion for painting only revealed itself to him at the age of 56, during an exhibition. The autodidact does not wait any longer before deciding to grab palettes and brushes!

he set to work so quickly and so well, in his lyon studio, that it only took him a year for his acrylics to hang on the walls of prestigious galleries from Zurich to los angeles via amsterdam, palma de Mallorca, Barcelona not to mention French cities such as lyon, paris and Toulouse. It is a certainty for him: "the cat" has finally found his element to express his joy of living and his thirst for freedom!

In 2022, Robin Dubois is three times a finalist in contemporary art competitions in Europe and the United States.

In 2023 comes the consecration: the international leonardo Da Vinci prize won in Milan, The Golden lion Critics award in Venice and the art ambassador award of my nation.. and the adventure has only just begun!

It is in my work as a doctor and therapist where the need to paint and draw arises, where listening is fundamental element of the therapeutic relationship. It is the driving force behind the images, shapes, colors, and movements that pass through my mind during each session, which symbolize the personal searches of the patients to resolve their conflicts. These conflicts then emerge in a completely unconscious way, as if by automatism, through the brushes, pencils, and inks. The Master was a Self-Taught Sculptor, he taught himself, with the strength of love and passion to use simple manual tools such as chisels and gouges and loved to sculpt both stone and, predominantly, olive wood.

Unfortunately, the Maestro left us too early on 03/25/2020 at only 79 years old, just turned, due to septicemia from an infection taken in the hospital where he had entered following an accidental fall.

The Maestro was a special Man, an extraordinary Man, a person truly out of the ordinary, characterized by a sweetness, sensitivity, grace, generosity, kindness out of the ordinary, by great enthusiasm and by a special light in his eyes that shone as they do those of children who look at the world as something new and beautiful with innocence.

For several years she took an artistic break to take care of her children. During her free time, she continues to learn different drawing techniques by watching tutorials and videos on the Internet. Because of this, it would be easy to say that Gillian is a self-taught artist.

Gillian would like to have her first exhibition in the near future. Note that she donates 50% of her sales to charity. One last detail about the artist: one of her works was recently accepted in an american exhibition. let's bet that Gillian will be able to pursue her goals.

hen math is a pretty complexion.

While other children were playing outside, I used the window as a sounding board. I'd play with the numbers, fingers in the air or pencil on paper. Silent, stable and soothing, they reassured me in such a chaotic, noisy world.

I decided to study mathematics and physics. By the time I reached university, the temple of knowledge and intellectual and artistic fulfillment would be abundant. My bubble of sweetness turned into a wall of lament, cracked by the rejection and incomprehension of others. No one could hear the melodious rhyme of numbers, except me. School had become a torture workshop, distance schooling was pressing. Trapped within four walls, my daily life is a crisis diary, plagued by doubts and paralyzed by anxiety, frantically searching for a way to live. Sometimes, my home reassures me, but the artistic sciences at the studio are my refuge.

When I can't solve an equation, painting lightens the reasoning, mathematical poetry begins.

They've turned my lamentations into jubilation, taken off my mourning clothes and given me a festive garment.

and it is through an artistic moment that I share this with you. autistic student in mathematics-physics

y oldest memory from my childhood is a beautiful spring sunny day when I was staying at a wood round table (crafted by my grandfather) and made a pencil drawing. Over the years I discovered my love for painting together with the multitude of feelings while visiting an art museum. I have visited the most important art museums all over Europe and each time I was overwhelmed by the connection with the multicultural energy stored there.

The creation of an artwork is the result of decanting personal perceptions and each one of my artworks has its own story. Being passionate about geometry and numerology, I use the ruler and the compass when I draw and take into account the significance of certain numbers. That is why for me it is not random, for example how many stars appear in one of my artworks. I am absolutely sure that these elements add a beneficial energy to my artworks that is transmitted to the viewers.

y paintings, made of glass bead beads and acrylic paint, are created like photographic images.

Balance in space, light, the right proportions constitute the objectives of my work.

In addition, the textures that I exploit are like the grain of the black and white photographs that I developed in my laboratory while I practiced this artistic discipline. Obviously I added color but often it’s all nuanced.

I exploit the theme of houses because they are simple masses to locate in space.

The textures then limit the detail. and I concentrate on the space, the void that fills the canvas.

R

ecently, I am in a more committed approach, in front of the urgency of the safeguarding of our so beautiful planet which suffers from the physical and mental pollution of humanity, and which it is more than time to respect and save from our concreteness, because the punishment will be simple... our own disappearance!

I work today on the creation of oils on canvas, medium formats, engaged canvases, but also inspired by timeless symbols, imprinted with infinite forgotten wisdoms, which accompany us since the dawn of time, and that can help us to understand the relevance of our presence in this World, for all those who are in «search of meaning».

“In the manner of the alchemist, who, in the depths of the night, melts and recasts the stone, its stone, in this case the color, in-core and again... I seek to carry out “the great work”, the work that makes us immortal, that crosses the ages.

Even if this is undoubtedly inaccessible, the will is fundamental-mental, and represents a goal that everyone should desire to give meaning and motivation to our short lives.” parcour:

painter of oils on canvas, inspired by the romantic masters of the 19th century, I have a predilection for the surrealist manufacture, in the footsteps of Dali, which I particularly like.

after seven years of studies at the Beaux arts de Dunkerque (Ecole Fla-mande), I had the grace of being the private student of Xavier Degans, himself a student and collaborator of Salvadore Dali.

MARIE-NOELLE " M A N O " C H A U TA R D

I

am a native of Valréas in the Vaucluse, in the heart of provence after studying at the Beaux-arts of avignon. I completed my knowledge by taking courses with teachers in artists' studios, which made me discover a little more abstract expressionism.

I turned to more open shapes, with more blur, softness and larger formats (80 x 80 and 100 x 100).

Now, I tend towards a certain surrealism, of superposition of colors, with gradients linking partial bubbling and lightness. an atmosphere of sometimes spatial reverie allows me to better express myself in a more assertive gesture, where energy and movement are present. Sometimes, to reinforce an important value I use bold pastel pencils highlighting a line, a curve, a line. My sources of inspiration: Through outings, observations, sensations, plays of light are transformed into musical vibrations and take me towards a certain poetry.

My technique: My choice of paint went towards acrylic. On a blank canvas, sometimes having chosen a theme I sketch from my feelings, sometimes I let myself be guided by the gesture, and my painting is created, is composed in a certain harmony. For me, painting is a way to define my identity.

Through my paintings, I want to provoke emotions, create an inner journey, allow everyone to find a part of their imagination, a cliché of their history. But it is never very defined, I leave to each his personal reading.

SONIA MANDEL

S

onia achieved this in her sculpture since 1996, and now she wishes to share her passion …

This talented visual artist plays with the contrast between curves and angles, creating pure lines in her sculptures. To this, she adds a combination of strength and sensitivity, using her highly individual style «ThE MaNDEl’aRT» FRENCh TOUCh. to retain the mystery of femininity.

her preferred materials are stone, clay and bronze. She works with live models, but enjoys the freedom of expression that allows her to stylise her sculptures with different interpretations. She likes to complete her sculptures by the addition of poems, reflecting the sensitivity and preoccupation involved with what it means to be human in today’s world.

Since 2001 she has lived in the magnificent medieval village of Saint laurent des arbres, six kilometers from Tavel (and well worth a detour!) where she shares her passion by making her work accessible to all who wish to visit. She believes that art provides a pathway connecting cultures, capable of creating a strong bond between people.

ANGELINE C AT H E L A I N FRANCE

lsewhere, where there is everything and anything, for a furtive moment on fullmoon nights, angels are mocking us; maybe their laughter is just the wind echoing in my head filled with strange beings, ectoplasms I must catch with the tip of my paintbrush. Some day, the rainbow will bloom.

a dreamlike painting style; a universe full of unreal truths, witnesses of a Soul that much lived. Beyond the words, lines and colors express and convey feelings, but never betray them.

asile Trăistariu, graduate of the academy of Fine arts "George Enescu" from Iași, Romania, is a complete visual artist who focused on systematically discovering all forms of painting manifestation.

he played with poetic visual expression by rendering human nature in the colors of feelings, capturing landscapes and static natures spiritualized and personalized, achieving abstract and minimalist plastic forms, and creating symbolic graphics or coherent and expressive drawings. In his pictorial creations, the colors and the subtle play of lines complement each other to encourage the viewer to capture the message symbolized in the pure images created by the painter. y creations, both visual (almost always photographs) and textual (mainly poems), take a deliberately offbeat, poetic and critical look (regaRT while playing with the french word) at the world and the art that they challenge, so that our future turns into becoming...

playing with angles of vision and light and making sounds sing and dance words, photos and poems are put into perspective and literally merged into an enriching mutual dialogue on 3D supports (original frames or frames that have lived, diverted objects, recycled or customised ...) that make them unique! Some works, in addition to soliciting at the same time our sensibility as spectators and "spectlECTORS", invite us, by piquing our curiosity, to interact manually with them, thus awakening our skills as 'spectaCTORS' ready to take a little more into our own hands our destiny..
