Introduction to Spanish Spanish is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world! Beginning his career in 1998 in Nottingham, England, Chef Toll quickly developed his passion and standards for fresh and locally produced products. Working in top hotels around the East Mid-lands, he honed his skills. Earning his ISG Level One, he developed a palate for complimenting wines, whisky and beer with amazing French food. Returning to Canada, Chef Toll took his culinary adventure back on the road. Working in Iqaluit, Yellowknife and Vancouver, he continued to pursue his desire to work with amazing indigenous products. From caribou to halibut, anything he could work with, he did. Sharing his wealth of information and a desire to expand people’s minds towards their food, he has created Rage Catering with his customers in mind. We do our very best to make sure all of our courses run for your enjoyment, however sometimes we do end up cancelling a class due to unexpected events or low enrollment.
