THE 2011 SEASON The 2011 season was a banner year for the New Hampshire Fisher Cats and Northeast Delta Dental Stadium. Beginning with a brand new color identity and ending with a second Eastern League Championship, the Fisher Cats used their family-friendly brand not only to entertain thousands every night, but help generate dollars and resources to improve the lives of New Hampshire residents throughout the year. At the ballpark, the Fisher Cats posted an official attendance of 392,876 fans during the 2011 Season, including 71 regular season home games, 4 Eastern League Playoff games and the Eastern League All-Star Game, once again making them the number one attended sports team in Northern New England. At 21 of those games, fans greeted the team at standing-room only capacity, a new single-season peak. Several crowds found their way into the Fisher Cats record books when the largest day game gathering of 8,121 fans viewed the showcase against the rival Portland Sea Dogs on June 26. A few weeks later, the fifth largest crowd of all-time, 8,417, watched the Fisher Cats and Sea Dogs square off on July 9. In addition, Northeast Delta Dental Stadium hosted another 25,000 estimated guests through its gates for non-game day events such as concerts, high school baseball games, charity events and private functions. A commitment to entertain families earned the Fisher Cats special recognition by the state’s premier parenting publication, Parenting New Hampshire Magazine, which voted the Fisher Cats as ‘Favorite Family Sporting Event.’ The business class also enjoyed trips to the ballpark as the Fisher Cats were voted ‘Best Sporting Event to Bring Clients to’ for the fourth consecutive year by the New Hampshire Business Review’s ‘Best of Business Awards.’ Perhaps most gratifying to the Fisher Cats was being named the recipient of the 2010 Larry MacPhail Award, presented by Minor League Baseball for outstanding promotional effort and community involvement. Two programs, in particular, highlight this commitment. The Fisher Cats partnered with the Community College System of New Hampshire to form the CCSNH Reading Challenge. Through this program, children were challenged to increase their reading efforts inside and outside of the classroom; it was an undertaking greeted by more than 50,000 students, with more than 7,000 students completing the program. The club also
hosts the annual Granite State Baseball Dinner, which has generated more than $500,000 in charitable contributions for the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth (CHaD), the Ted Williams Museum, and the Fisher Cats Foundation since 2007. The Fisher Cats have teamed with more than 2,000 regional non-profit organizations to generate funds for their respective causes. Since 2006, the Fisher Cats and Fisher Cats Foundation have worked with these groups to raise over $1.6 million through making donations, in-kind donations, and hosting more than 500 fundraisers at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium. The above programs and accolades showcase why the Fisher Cats Entertainment Experience has been so successful. It’s an experience that combines fun theme days and in-game promotions with some of the highest quality professional baseball in the country. VIDEOBOARD & IN-GAME PROMOTIONS VIDEOBOARD The Fisher Cats Videoboard in Centerfield features a video screen with the latest state-of-the-art technology, bringing our fans the sharpest picture imaginable. It features a static 6’ x 24’ back-lit top and bottom panel, clock, digital display of pitch velocity, four (4) Tri-vision rotating panels (with room for three advertisers per panel) and a static 4’ x 58’ back-lit sign that can be separated into one (1) 4’ x 29’ foot or two (2) 4’ x 14.5’ foot signs located at the bottom of the videoboard. Your company will receive high exposure as the Tri-visions draw attention by the movement of the rotational sign every 90-seconds. All signs on the videoboard are highly visible both day and night. Additionally, they can be seen from Interstate Route 293, which passes directly adjacent to Northeast Delta Dental Stadium. BALLPARK SIGNAGE 8' x 30' Concourse Tri-Vision Sign The 8’ x 30’ Concourse Tri-vision sign rotates every :90-seconds and is prominently displayed on the side of the Samuel Adams Bar & Grill which is located atop the main concourse in left field and at the main entrance of Northeast Delta Dental Stadium.
