Student Organisations 學生組織 Brie n g Session to Stu den t Org an isation s Student Affairs Office held a brie ng session for all newly elected student organisations on 26 March 2015. Representative from ICAC was invited to share the ways of dealing with personal data privacy, avoiding con ict of interests as well as the importance of clean election. Stafffrom Student Affairs Office also took this opportunity to introduce the guidelines on organising student activities. Detailed information on campus facilities booking, nancial support and society registration, etc., were also provided to student organisations in order to facilitate their upcoming committee work. The brie ng ended with a Q&A session. Office-bearers are always welcome to approach SAO for advice or guidance if any difficulties arose during their term of office. 學生事務處於二零一五年三月二十六日為新一屆學生組織舉行了一場簡介會，由於學生組織將於不同的活動收集會員的個人資 料，本處特別邀請了廉政公署代表來分享正確處理個人資料的方法及如何避免利益衝突等等。學生事務處職員亦藉此機會講解 學生組織於籌備活動時需要注意的事項，例如場地借用、學會的經濟支援、社團註冊資訊等，以協助他們於「莊期」內的工作 。會後亦有學生代表就著簡介會的內容發問，由本處同事逐一解答。 學生如於[上莊]期間遇到任何問題或困難，歡迎向本處同事尋求意見及指引。
