Get out of the building

Take the test card and define as a team:

How critical the test is.

How reliable the test results must be.

How much money you can afford.

How much time there is available for testing.

Write the criteria on the flip-over sheet.

• • •

Taking the test criteria into account, each individual team member rates the different experiments on a scale from 1-10.

Each team member pitches his/her rating. Why did he/she make his/her choices.

Team members can ask questions at the end of the pitch.

Discuss as a team the outcome of the rating. Which experiments have the highest ratings? WHY is this? Does the discussion lead to new insights concerning the ranking?

Choose the experiment to go with.

Complement this exercise with getting insights from the experiments.
