With all these amazing organizations how what can you do?! Service Partners *MEP Involvement* Well, it’s easy! You can do any fundraiser that you can think of, from a run, to a ribbon sale to raise money for the service partner of your choice! Not only are you raising money for a good cause your also helping to promote key clubs main service partners! Here are some great fundraising ideas: -Sporting events such as volleyball and basketball - “___-athons” events in which you participate in an activity for extended periods of time, often lasting through the night. -Candy bar sales -Car washes -and MANY MORE
Also! When it comes to the Major Emphasize program many of your Key clubs are already participating and you don’t even know it! Anything from reading books in afterschool elementary schools to raising money for school supplies for children fall into the major emphasize program! If your club is not participating some great service ideas for the MEP include all sorts of fundraising in which the money goes to helping children learn or grow. While fundraising is always an option sevice for the MEP is especially easy. All you have to do is help tutor kids after school, create a homework club for the kids in local elementary schools or play with these children during recess. All of these are golden opportunities to not only help out your community but also to follow the MEP helping Key club international meet its goals of changing the world!

Improving Grades Programs such as tutoring, mentoring, and read and lead programs are vital for elementary school children who are struggling. Implementing such a program at your local elementary school can make all the difference in the world for a child who is not doing the best that they possibly can. Spending just a few hours helping a child, can really improve their grades, their attitude about school and their perspective about education as a whole. Instilling that at such a young age can ensure the children a brighter future!
Growing Together Encouraging children to help themselves and each other can also stimulate personal growth. Let their imaginations soar and help show them their unbounded potential. Let them learn from each other and think creatively and outside the box. In doing so, you are opening the doors for the children to lead lives full of possibilities. You can also learn a thing or too yourself. By helping another child succeed, you are also helping yourself!
Giving Back Giving back to the community is what Key Club International is all about. Live to Learn gives us an amazing opportunity to help the children of your community, who will one day grow up to be the leaders of tomorrow. You are showing the children what it means to be a leader and how to help others. There are children all over the country who, with some extra care and attention, can grow up to be the best they can be.
