Weekly Duties: -Preside over executive board meet ings -Check in with your executive board members to make sure that they are on task -Check in with K Family Clubs in your area -Participate in any and all club service projects

Monthly Duties: -Preside over general meetings -Attend local Kiwanis meetings (be sure to have good relationships with local k family clubs) -Attend any and all PCMS (presidents council meetings) -Contact your lieutenant governor‌(remember they are here to help you and your club) -Make sure that your club secretary has submitted their monthly report form on time.

Annual Duties:

-Along with club secretary fill out and submit annual achievement report -Attend District Convention -Organize and pass down materials for your successor

Important Events to Attend‌ -All General / Board meetings -All club events -All OTCs/PCMS -District Convention -Fall Rally


Your LTG and the NJ District: -Remember that your LTG is there to help and assist your club in any way possi ble. -Be sure to keep in constant contact with your LTG. They will be able to provide you with constant support and important information throughout the service year. -Throughout the service year, the NJ District will be sending you and your advisor “district mailings” containing important information about

Important Things To Remember… -As your clubs highest elected official you are in charge of the direction of your club and the activities it holds. Remember to stay organized and open to new ideas. Remember that the purpose of Key Club International is community service, and helping others. Remember to have Fun!

Need project ideas? The NJ District is constantly working with different organizations that your club can help. Be sure to incorporate some of these organizations into your service year.
