Senior’s Centre Without Walls - Trivia & Games
This telephone-based program is FREE for adults 50+ and features games such as trivia, Finish the Sentence, Name that Tune, Jeopardy, Price is Right, and more.
• Monday, 10:00 to 10:45 a.m.
Qigong
Qigong exercises move the spine and all the joints and include meditation, breathing and energy work.
• Mondays, 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Cards & Games, Pool/ Billiards
Join us for a variety of card and board games from euchre, rummy, dominos and more.
• Mondays, 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Stretch & Strength Fitness (Aerobics)
This combination class includes cardio and strength training. Please bring your own exercise mat and hand weights.

Delhi Friendship Centre Membership Meetings
These monthly meetings bring members together to share ideas, collaborate and contribute to the quality of recreational opportunities.

Volunteer Baking
Sign up for this free activity and bake for the local after school program. Baking can bring back memories, stimulate senses and improve appetite.

Social Café
This free program is designed for persons living with dementia and their caregivers, offering an opportunity to socialize, build networks and enjoy dementia-friendly activities together.

Darts
Playing darts increases handeye coordination, improves concentration brain and is does wonders for mental clarity.
• Third Tuesday of the month, 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
Gentle Fitness
This class features a variety of seated exercises to improve cardiovascular flow, range of motion and strength.

Arts & Crafts
Make and take a different craft every week or bring your own project. Supplies available.

Yoga
Movement, stretching and breath work.

A variety of programming is offered for everyone 50+. Senior Games
The Brant-Haldimand-Norfolk District 25 Seniors Games is welcoming all adults 55+ looking to participate in friendly competition with the opportunity to progress to Provincial and National competitions in sport or activity of your choice. Simcoe Seniors Centre 50+ Club
The Simcoe Seniors Centre offers a year full of friendship and entertainment!
Weekly Activities include bingo, cards, chicken foot dominoes, crafts, floor, power walk, scrapbooking, sit and fit, stained glass, strength training, and so much more.
The centre even has a lending library for books, jigsaw puzzles, audio books and movies. Additional entertainment includes monthly dances, soup and sandwich lunches, and more. Membership fee is $45/ year (cash only).
