Walking Tall with Kamloops Therapeutic Riding Association Kamloops Therapeutic Riding Association (KTRA) has provided therapeutic riding since 1988. In the twenty-eight years as a charitable, non-profit organization, the KTRA has given hundreds of children and adults with disabilities the profound experience of Equine Therapy. Beyond the development of equestrian skills, KTRA participants are also enjoying physical benefits: building muscle strength and improving balance. The psychological, social and recreational benefits of horseback riding are tremendous.
