Proof of identity may include a birth certificate, a passport or a birth registration card. This information MUST be submitted prior to the first day of camp. No camper may participate until all records are complete. You are encouraged to gather these documents at the time of registration.

Fees and Charges All billing is processed through our online registration system.

Staffing NSA’s summer programs are staffed by a director, assistant director, Little Summer Saints coordinator, teachers, counselors and special guest instructors. These personnel report directly to the director of summer programs. All copies of tuberculosis tests, criminal record checks and personal references are kept on file in the director’s office. The staff is obliged to report any suspected child abuse as required by #63.1-248.3 of the Code of Virginia.

Refunds will not be issued if a camper is dismissed because of disciplinary measures or voluntary withdrawal. NSA reserves the right to cancel any program for which there is insufficient enrollment. If a program is canceled, the complete registration fee will be refunded.

In the event of an emergency, only the camp staff with EMAT/MAT training can and will administer an EpiPen, Benadryl or an inhaler.* All other prescribed medication will need to be taken before or after camp. *EpiPens and inhalers must be in the original box to be accepted. Any camper who requires an EpiPen or an inhaler that does not provide a proper box and an action plan will not be allowed to attend camp.

Parents sign permission for the use of this brand of sunscreen on their camp registration form. Manufacturer’s instructions for age, dosage and duration will be followed. OFF insect repellent is used as needed.
