Choosing a photographer is one of the most important decisions to be made when planning your wedding day. Long after the ceremony is over and the cake is eaten, the photography is the only lasting record of your important day, so it’s vital to choose wisely. The New Zealand Institute of Professional Photography (NZIPP) is the only qualifying body for professional photographers in New Zealand. The NZIPP has over 360 members across New Zealand and has a stringent membership criteria.

You don’t get a second chance to create great images. Visit www.nzipp.org.nz, click on Find a Photographer to view qualified wedding photographers in your region.

Letter from the Editors

Thank you to everyone who sent us such kind messages over the time of the February earthquake here in Christchurch, it was much appreciated. On the left page you’ll notice one of the new advertisements for the NZIPP, which we have featured in the latest issue of the Bride and Groom magazine. Thank you to the NZIPP members featured for the use of their photos in these adverts. With these adverts we are working on showcasing the importance of using a NZIPP photographer to wedding consumers. Infocus 2011 organisation is well underway, with this week being spent meeting sponsors, finalising speakers, and completing the Infocus programme. The Infocus Committee has been working on creating a programme that we are sure will appeal to all photographers. The new NZIPP Brand Guidelines will be ready shortly, and this will provide a great opportunity for qualified members to take a look at their current branding and ensure it includes NZIPP. Our aim is to encourage all qualified members to use the NZIPP logo in their branding, and to build on strengthening our image and professionalism. Happy Easter to everyone! Hope you get time for some well deserved relaxation, along with spending time with family and friends. Plus partaking of loads of chocolate!

Portrait Directors Report

APRIL 2011

Sometimes along the way of being a member of the NZIPP, people question the value of return on their subs to our wonderful organisation. Having been a member for 20 years, I am obviously coming from the converted angle. The trauma of last month, in the lives of our colleagues in Christchurch is beyond my imagination. Heartening though, was the fabulous way in which Richard Linton selflessly opened his studio as a place of respite for his fellow photographers, and even more heartening was that many chose to get together there and share the burdens each surely must have had. NZIPP is more than an organization to me, but a family where we can and do help each other where necessary, whether it be educationally or as has been demonstrated in extraordinary situations. Well done Richard, and good luck to all of you in Christchurch. I would also like to tip my hat to our president Craig, whose sensitive and proactive leadership in this time was awesome. A flurry of activity and his ideas will result in further gestures from NZIPP to aid our members in Christchurch. Proud of you mate. Sorry I missed last month’s directors report, just too pre – occupied keeping businesses on track and the challenges of teenage kids!! How the worm can turn in a couple of months. Last time I was feeling a little smug about better efficiencies and margins etc (which still exist), and consequently got a little too laid back. Don’t know about you guys but we have had a pretty slow start to the year shooting wise. Luckily though the sales have been solid for those that bought. However we all know the apple wouldn’t have looked as good without Eve.

“As I challenge myself and you, would you choose yourself in your marketplace?”

My biggest failing in business is that I am reactive not proactive. Having done a couple of presentations around the country lately I can see that this is not a problem for some of you. If it is, chasing the tigers tail is crazy for me and you. God knows why I don’t market extra hard when the times are good and capitalize on the cream. What the hell I suppose you are what you are. With my back against the wall so to speak, I come out swinging and historically seem always to get by at a reasonable level. There is no avoiding marketing at some stage, and just today I got a database of 5000 new potential clients via a national company. This is going to be a good one for me and the start of a long fruitful relationship I feel, because the management have enjoyed my style and what I can deliver. I sweated unnecessarily over will they or wont they for too long, and necessity made me pull finger and it finally happened. The worst that can happen is a no and we move on to another target. Why do we procrastinate? During my presentation in the BOP I was alerted to and challenged by the state of consumer behavior there. Regarding how photographers can secure bookings, for especially weddings but I guess portraiture too. It seems the new computer age has resulted in a deterioration in the standard of contact / communication with individuals in the marketplace. Clients just Googling and querying on price only makes it difficult for a photographer to impress at that early stage.

This is basically a gate-keeping scenario that we have to get past somehow. The best situation is to get a “one on one” obviously, so special attention has to be paid to the language you choose to use in your websites, Facebook etc. Apart from the standard ranking techniques (key words etc), you must impress with emotive language that identifies your point of difference, and challenges the notion of buying on price alone. Challenge them to call you at least, as our game is a visual one and seeing is believing. Use phone techniques that we have already discussed in the past. There was varying opinion about displaying your prices on your sites. My gut reaction would be to entice with hero shots and maybe a standout offer that creates a call to action. There is no doubt that “something for free“ is a beast here to stay, but a loss leader can be very effective and I have no problem using it myself. Maybe a free couple shoot, or a couple of mum’s albums or whatever. Offering free digital files is something that should be left for negotiation I believe. I hate this whole e-mail bullshit as the only communication, so if they ask do you give this or that away, don’t drop your pants straight away. Mention that your service is a comprehensive one and that typing cannot do it justice. Everything is possible, just give me a call and I can answer any questions you may have. If your hero shots are of a good standard, they will attract a response, remember a picture speaks a thousand words. Look at how the others are doing things, especially the more successful ones, and do it to the same standard with your own twist. As I challenge myself and you, would you choose yourself in your marketplace? Have a brave month.

Wedding Directors Report

APRIL 2011

All of a sudden there’s a nip in the air, the evenings are darker, and you need an extra layer in the mornings. All of a sudden the hard drives are getting full, and but the calendar is thinning out. I’m always a bit sad to notice Autumn’s arrival, sad to observe the end of wedding season approaching. Am I shallow if I deal with this by digging out my favourite boots and buying a winter dress? Ok, call me shallow then; I prefer to think of it as stimulating the economy :-) But Autumn also brings a little more time to contemplate and evaluate. Autumn is QUESTIONS AND LISTS time. Questions like: •

What did I do well this season?

How did I push my boundaries?

In what ways am I better than I was? (and is it time to adjust the prices accordingly?)

Where did I come unstuck?

And what systems can I tighten up so I don’t come unstuck next season?

What do I want to learn now that I have some time?

And holy cow, what am I going to do for the Iris Awards which is only 4 mths away?!

If one of your ‘off season’ goals is to get your Q, then there are some workshops happening soon to help with that. On Monday 11 April we are at Ollie Dale’s studio in Auckland, and the following Monday (the 18) we’re at Nick Servian’s studio in Wellington. Email me (nicola@nicolainglisphotography. co.nz) for details if you’re keen. And if you can’t make it to one of those dates / locations email me anyway because we might be able to sort something else out. The next Q deadline is 17 May. Meanwhile I’m making myself another list. This is what it looks like so far:

I hope you get to enjoy some Autumn-y down time!

Commercial Directors Report

A month ago NZ was still coming to terms with the immediate aftermath & shock following the Christchurch Earthquake. It’s been like living in some weird dream or some alternate reality, but this is real & we have to get used to it. The month or so following has personally been one of extremely mixed emotions. We sustained more damage at home this time (Repairable? Yes. When? Who knows?), & luckily nothing structural at work. We helped numerous photographers out with gear & facilities, had some tenants do a runner, & many clients who had booked jobs suddenly cancel or had to change plans. But the single hardest thing was the loss of three people I knew in building collapses, including a good family friend who worked in the PGC building. Making an AV tribute for her funeral was the hardest job I’ve done in a long time. The Civil Defence TV advertisements say that you need to be prepared to “Get Thru” (the ads we’ve all seen…..& ignored…..don’t worry we all did!). If you missed them here’s a link to remind you. It says you need food & water for 3 days. Trust me this is a minimum. After a few days basic distribution channels had opened up again throughout Christchurch, & to be honest food, water, & fuel weren’t in as short supply as some media made out, getting to them however was more of a challenge. What you can’t prepare for however is the total & immediate collapse of normality. Power was out, broadband & computer networks not working, mobile phones were overloaded, many roads were munted. The gridlock was almost instant & it made Manhattan look like a public holiday. Stories of people walking home through liquefaction were common. I had grabbed a generator from the studio so we had power at home, most of Christchurch didn’t have this luxury. That first night we had the neighbours over to watch the news & drink the last of the cold beer. I have relatives on a Christchurch hill that didn’t get power on for three weeks, water took four!. Their only contact with the “outside world” was basically the radio. The lesson learnt is not to take things for granted. What is normal & today, may not be so tomorrow. When you suddenly find you don’t have power, water, or sewerage, the roads are impassible, & you have to queue for petrol, food, or LPG - your priorities suddenly change. Of course some are worse off than others. There are still dozens of fellow photographers that cant access their homes or work premises due to dreaded “red stickers” or being in the “Red Zone” cordon. This month you’ll be getting your NZIPP subscription notice. You’ll note a box to make a donation towards your fellow Christchurch colleagues subs. It’s up to you if you do make a donation, but I can assure you that anything that you give will be greatly appreciated by the Christchurch members. While you are preparing to “Get Thru”, another bit of advice you probably take for granted is the safety videos on planes. On a lighter side I recommend you check out the new Air NZ ones here. I’ll certainly be paying attention when on the plane to Rotorua for the Let’s Talk Business seminar on 5 April. If you haven’t booked see Page 13 or http://www. facebook.com/NZIPP for details.

Honours Council Report

APRIL 2011

It’s time once again to begin thinking about the Epson / NZIPP Iris Awards. This year they’re being held at the Rotorua Convention Centre in Rotorua, between the 4 - 6 August 2011. The Call for Entries document is ready & waiting on line for you to look at, with the online entries being open at the beginning of June. Please read the entry information carefully before making your online entries as a few details have changed. Due to the initiative of Bryan Isbister we now have two Portrait categories:NZIPP Classic Portrait Award Photographs may be of single subjects or group portraits e.g. babies, young children, parents, grandparents, animals etc. Photographs must be single capture images, with no retouching that materially affects the authenticity of the document. Traditional adjustments for exposure, contrast, & colour are allowed, as is minor facial retouching or removing of incidental elements within the image. In other words, it has to be real! The judges of this category will have high expectations, especially since many of them do this type of work themselves on a daily basis! Max. 4 images per entrant. The winner will receive a crystal trophy & $500.00. NZIPP Creative Portrait Award Photographs taken with the intention of capturing & illustrating people’s character or identity. This category is for creative & interpretive portraits. There are no restrictions as to the type of portrait entered. Composite images & the use of post-production techniques are acceptable. Max. 4 images per entrant. The winner will receive a crystal trophy & $500.00. All the previous categories remain from last year, apart from ‘Institute of the Year Award’, which has now been discontinued. This year we have also changed the lighting output for the judging lights from F 2.8 @ 60th second at 100 ISO, to F 2.8 at 30th second at 100 ISO. It was felt that having such bright lighting for the judging process, caused problems later when those same images were viewed in different media, ie magazines or the Touring Print Exhibition, where some images appeared dark & muddy. It’s hoped that this change will resolve that problem. So please view your own images under these lighting condition before entering them into this years Iris Awards. Please also note that online entries are now closing a week before the actual print delivery deadline. •

Closing date for online entries: 4.00pm, Monday 25 July 2011

Closing date for delivery of entries: 4.00pm, Monday 1 August 2011

On a final note I wish to personally thank Brian Isbister for all his energy & support while on the Honours team. Due to the Christchurch earthquake, Bryan is no longer able to give his full attention to the Honours Council & has resigned his position. As a result of this & other future changes to the Honours Council, I would like to welcome Ollie Dale & Kaye Davis onto the Council, we look forward to your youth & exuberance as new members. Sincerely,

Mike Langford Chairman - NZIPP Honours Council - On behalf of the Honours Board including: Shelly Amerio-Higgins, Stuart Riddell, Malcolm Somerville, Ollie Dale & Kaye Davis.

Regional Updates

APRIL 2011

Regional Updates Auckland Region Steve Sharp led a Wedding Photo Walk for the Auckland region’s monthly meeting in March. Steve generously gave of his time,, including the return trip from Whangarei that day, to show us how he thinks on wedding days. Our ‘models’, Jill & Simon, were great to work with, & had a lot of fun on the shoot. Which was more about Steve showing us how to handle lots of different lighting scenarios than it was the ‘ultimate’ wedding shoot. It certainly had an urban theme, but Steve’s choice of locations showed off several completely different looks, all within one city block!I’ll let the photos do the talking... The format of 2 hours of photography followed by a BBQ dinner hosted by Studio 3D in Parnell appealed to both members and non-members alike, which made it a great event for introducing the NZIPP to new people. At the end of the evening we had 6 membership forms being filled in, which is a great sign for the region. All Members are invited to attend the April monthly meeting on the 13 April in Penrose, Auckland. The subject is Backup, Storage and Data Recovery, and will also include the most lively local AGM in years as 3 new members of the Executive are voted into the roles of Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary. Russell Hamlet was the guest presenter at the Waikato/BOP March meeting. He’s not exactly the “shrinking violet” type, so the audience very quickly were confronted with a forthright presentation that means you get a wake up call or you crawl into your shell & pretend that this couldn’t work for you. I asked a young lady what she got from the seminar. Her response was “He was realistic & gave a clear guide on where you could go to”. She found a number of positives & found it to be well worthwhile, Russell has a dynamic approach to life. There is only one way & that is 100% go for it. His message jolted a few who were pricing themselves into just a way of life. After fielding a reaction to pricing, he strongly advised “they should double their prices”. Similarly he was astounded to hear that a large majority were “packaging” their weddings purely to make the booking. The business & sales/marketing tips were generous. The evaluation of clients was a lesson in observation. The comment on how we present ourselves to our customers was a wake up call. The importance of our premises, our responses to enquiries, how to engage with our clients, how to handle the sale, how to ask for the payment were some of the lessons that Russell passed on. It was a day that could make a difference to a photographer who was prepared to act on the advice from one of this country’s most professional of professional photographers.

APRIL 2011

Central Districts Region With a strong wedding region most are only now putting their heads up above the parapet. March has been a month of getting together as we focus on our first main event... the Regional AGM and Seminar in April. Chair Gerald Wilson and Secretary Malcolm Somerville are standing down, so a regional discussion is taking place to look at organisation as well as replacements. So far meetings have consisted of a breakfast in Taranaki, a UCOL hosted Canon event in Palmerston North, and a breakfast at Shayne Jeffares’ Photographers Gallery in Napier. The CD AGM Seminar day is scheduled for Monday 11 April. Anthony McKee

In 2010 our AGM/Seminar was packed as we had David Oliver across from Sydney. Again for 2011 we are fortunate in getting Anthony McKee, a kiwi now based in Melbourne, commercial and documentary photographer, seminar presenter for Nikon Australia, and writer and reviewer. Many would have seen and heard Anthony in action as a judge here in NZ and in Australia. His programme will include lighting and documentary photography. This year we also go to a new venue, The Focal Point Cinema in Fielding with a full digital system and cafe all built in. Also we are grateful for assistance from Tony Reisima of Wellington Photographic Supplies (WPS) who will be supplying demonstration lighting equipment for Anthony, and showing a lot of new ‘goodies’. Regional Updates Wellington Region There’s renewed enthusiasm in the Wellington local committee. After our member survey late last year we now have a positive new goal. Focusing on the bigger picture is not always easy, but with the help of one of our committee members Adrian de la Fuente (who apart from running a successful portrait business, is also a specialist in business strategy and execution), we now have a positive direction. Along the way we had to define what it means to us on a personal level why we were a members of the institute. After listening to everyone it became apparent what these were, •

Inspiration

Fun and celebration with purpose

Education

Communication

Supportively challenging

or IFECTS for short Next we defined our goal, to keep us all on the same page, to gain motivation, and to measure our successes. Our Big Goal is.. •

To be widely recognised as New Zealand’s most essential and irreplaceable community for professional photographers.

Canterbury/Westland Region For our March meeting we had local film maker Logan McMillan talk to us about his video work, primarily shot on DSLR’s. Last year he won the Best Cinematography award in the 48 Hours Film competition, shooting his short film on a 7D and 550D. Logan shot his first film in 2001, then went to Broadcasting School. Since then he has shot a feature film (Last of the Living), a dozen short films, and over 50 music videos. He recently created an interactive video for Hell Pizza which they had pitched would get 200,000 views in the 6 month campaign. Instead it got 200,000 views in the first 24 hours, and has now become the most viewed interactive video on YouTube with 3 million views http://www. youtube.com/watch?v=9p1yBlV7Ges. Logan also shoots wedding videos, with the edit done on the run, and played at the reception that evening. On 22 February he shot footage immediately after the earthquake, and had it up on YouTube that night. The footage was picked up by many overseas networks. You can see his showreel, wedding work, the earthquake footage and other examples of his work on his comprehensive website http://www.gorillapictures.co.nz/.

What type of photos do you take? Landscapes mainly, or anything that interests me, photography is basically my full time hobby that brings in the money. I also shoot weddings as a second photographer, but get bored soon after the bride gets dressed. What do you love about the professional photographic industry? Not too sure of the coverage of the question. I must say though that I enjoy the speed at which new improved, pixel squeezed, noise reduced capture devices hit the marketplace. As the uncontrolled desires of others dash for these, current products loose value. I’m sure a Phase One P65+ back will at some stage in the future be available for less than $5,000- pre-owned. If only I could buy now, pay later, say 120 months interest free, at the value of the product in ten years time. Something that makes you grumpy? “Not being where I know I should have been and seeing the shot that I know I shouldn’t have missed.“ Website or blog site that you enjoy? I’m not a blogger, I only use facebook very rarely to see what others are upto around the world. As for websites, dpreview and eBay are the main ones Images © Adam Buckle

Are you a collector of anything? The written word, generally based around image capture techniques, digital photographic processes and digital darkroom ideas. Also portfolios of work by image creators from around the world that interest me, I have lots of books. Name one thing not many people know about you: I’m always creating Quotes. Why use other peoples quotes when you can create them easily yourself. Here’s a few from the past two weeks or so. You don’t have to like them, there’s no peer presure from me. “ Income is merely a vehicle for future photographic exploits.” Adam Buckle “ Sanity is an off day for the truely creative.”

“ “Living“ is “At all other times,” when “Alive“ is “When the shutter fires““ Adam Buckle “ “Mus-Plet“ Ndd “oN-Rae De Bull“ rGist wHurds tur dEslek sicH “. Adam Buckle Name one thing you miss about being a kid: I’m still a kid, I don’t miss it one bit. List five things you would need to survive, if left alone on a deserted island. 1. I would need to be on a large deserted island, lush in photographic opportunities, with long sunrises and sunsets, that are not too early or too late, with great light in between. 2. Transportation - a horse is a great off roader, however something with a little more horsepower could suffice. 3. Photographic and computer gear as it’s all interlinked nowadays. 4. Writing materials, I always have pen & paper about to write my thoughts. I never use a keyboard to write with, they’re just for shortcuts, aren’t they? 5. Sunglasses, I’m never without them and have loads of pairs about. I guess I dont have space to write down the obligatory “Blood-stained Volley ball“. Who knows, maybe some day one will get washed up when I’m not looking.

The Missing Links

APRIL 2011

The Missing Links Written by Malcolm Somerville

Last weekend we spent 3 days in New Plymouth at WOMAD. We did the same last year too. Music, sun, food etc, etc. A dream audience for the promoter, lots of the free spending ‘boomer’ market (me), then every other demographic was present and able to participate. Over 300 performers and an audience of 35,000 people and 5 main stage areas, a fantastic production in a unique setting. As an exercise in maximising wide demographic appeal there are few events held annually in New Zealand as effective. Mostly we need to drill down into the marketplace to find discrete yet valid targets. If you want to get a quick feel for market trends, market opportunity in New Zealand you had better subscribe to Michael Carney’s free Marketing Week Blog http://marketingweek.co.nz/. Plus the site has a heap of archival material and a search engine too! Recently, (February 17th) in a story titled ‘Boomtown’, he reminded us of the generation that is becoming a missing generation for much mass media segmentation. The oldest of the baby boomer generation has just hit 65. The medium of the group is 56. They have moved off the radar of much of our marketing media... yet despite the ravages of badly performing finance investments, they are still big spenders.... but cautious. Carney in turn refers to an article By Jim Gilmartin of www.comingofage.com. 10 Behavioral Distinctions Of Older Customers that was published on Media Post in January. Have a close look at what they are saying.... it may just help you talk to this sector and open up appropriate dialogue. I see it as identifying good opportunity to grow photographic services into this sector. Interesting too that much of our television media is narrowing and shortening who they are targeting .... younger and narrower market segments (15 24)... Since March 13 you will have noticed a new TVNZ channel on Sky and Freeview - Utv. Critical review so far has not been kind..... but then it never would be! It knocks out an advertising free channel TVNZ 6 that targeted an even younger audience from 6 am to 6 pm with Kidzone. Not being able to place McDonalds and Coke in front of them every 7 minutes must have had the sales team screaming about lost opportunity. Getting this back to us I noted with interest that AIPP Past President Malcolm Mathieson wrote a lead article for AIPP’s newsletter last month that appealed for more marketplace research. I ask the same question. We need to be actively asking our current and future market of their feelings about photography and photographers. We need to know how they really see multimedia... There are a lot of questions that need answers and intentions that need defining.

The Missing Links

APRIL 2011

We need more than good hunches of what is going on. Much of that is of low value, taking place in the midst of our current experience, meshed with speculation, wishful thinking and often driven by potential technical capability rather than real intentions. The business of photography is well documented and discussed, the business of photography other than a few unique factors is much like any other business. Like other business we need quality information that will guide our direction and safeguard our investment. As I mentioned last month, it will tell us earlier when to quit what we do now and where to concentrate our resources. Getting that information is not inexpensive, but there will be others who need that same information so finding a partner to share funding should be the first step. Much is already available in some raw statistical forms and only needs teasing out and assembling in a way that can be used. Now, post Christchurch 1 and Christchurch 2 we need to know a lot more of when the wallets snapped closed, and what will reopen them.

Cheers Malcolm

Canon’s EYEcon returns for 2011 Registrations Close: 1 September 2011 Entries are now open for New Zealand’s most talented emerging photographers in the 2011 Canon EYEcon photographic competition. Canon EYEcon 2011 will give tertiary photography students & apprentice photographers the chance to win an enviable prize pack of Canon product & cash as well as the unique opportunity to gain experience, insight & inspiration by spending a day with three of the country’s top photographers: Chris Sisarich, Hannah Johnston & NZIPP member Johannes van Kan. Rochelle Mora, Brand Manager – Imaging, Canon New Zealand says the winner of this year’s EYEcon competition will have a learning experience like no other. “Canon EYEcon 2011 reflects Canon’s commitment to develop photographers through innovation and industry support which is mirrored in the competition’s theme of self-discovery and growth. With three such well established photographers, all with different specialities and distinct styles, the 2011 EYEcon winner will gain invaluable knowledge to take with them through the rest of their photographic career,” she says. As well as the experience day with the Canon mentors, the overall winner of the competition will receive $4,000 Canon dollars, a Canon PIXMA Pro 9500 Mark II Printer, $1,000 cash, an A2 large format print of their choice & a year’s membership with NZIPP and AIPA. Judges will be looking for a strong combination of creativity, originality, print quality & technical ability across the entire portfolio. “Importantly, the work must convey a sense of vision. We see many photographers with great technical expertise, but EYEcon is all about combining this expertise with the ability to think laterally to capture the perfect shot,” concludes Mora. The competition is open to tertiary institutions & industry nationwide. All students studying photography & assistant (apprentice) photographers are eligible to enter. Business Update

APRIL 2011

Business Update Are you switched on about new employment law changes? Changes have been made to the Employment Relations Act 2000 & the Holidays Act 2003. Key areas of change made to the Employment Relations Act 2000 are: •

Extending trial periods to all employers

Employer’s duties to retain signed copies of individual employment agreements

The test of justification used by the Employment Relations Authority or the Employment Court to determine if a dismissal or employer’s action was unjustified

The role of Mediators & the Authority in making recommendations on resolving an employment relationship problem

Penalties for obstructing or delaying Authority investigations

Filtering out frivolous or vexatious cases

Reinstatement no longer being the primary remedy for unjustified dismissals

Union access to workplaces

Communications between employers and employees during collective bargaining

Labour inspectors’ role and enforcement powers

Key areas of change made to the Holidays Act 2003 are: •

Cashing-up of up to one week of annual holidays entitlement

A new averaging formula to be used where relevant daily pay for public holidays, alternative holidays, sick leave & bereavement leave is not obvious. The averaging formula may be used when it is not possible or practicable to determine what the employee would have earned or where an employee’s daily payment varies within the pay period in which the holiday or leave falls

Transferring public holidays to another working day

Rules around taking alternative holidays

Proof of illness or injury for employees away from work for less than three consecutive calendar days

Most changes for both Acts will come into effect on 1 April 2011. One Employment Relations Act change comes into effect from 1 July 2011. This provision requires employers to retain a signed copy of an employee’s individual employment agreement or current copy of the terms and conditions, either signed or unsigned. Employees are entitled to a copy of their employment agreement if they request one. This is a good time to be getting up to speed with how these changes will impact on your business.
