BALANCE AND FEAR OF FALLING

19 YRS+

ESSENTRICS® - AGING BACKWARDS 19 YRS+

Learn simple exercises designed to use the whole body’s available movement. Increase or redevelop balance through understanding the relationship of how the body counterbalances and supports movement with little effort. Using less effort and stress, you can increase mobility in any function such as rolling over, sitting, standing, walking, turning, reaching, etc. Based on the Feldenkrais® Method of Somatic Education.

Aging Backwards is revolutionizing the way we understand the role fitness plays in slowing down the aging process while keeping our bodies young, attractive, strong, and healthy. The movements are non-jarring to joints and designed to lubricate the body to increase range of motion, improve posture, and enhance daily life movements. No experience or previous knowledge of this workout required.
