March 31, 2016 Dear Friends, Where we are a bit late in getting this letter out this year we still hope you might enjoy looking through our year-end review brochure. 2015 provided us a good year, with modus improvement over the previous year. Our Board of Directors has grown to five with the addition of Mathew Zwack and Abel Natali. Jan Prindle stepped into a Vice President role in addition to everything else she does, with Mike Woods still running the site civil side of the field operation. Our project mix is tilted toward the heavy civil side these days, with a significant amount of aviation projects under way and in our backlog. Fortunately, we still have many on-going clients in the education, ecclesiastical, retail, municipal and industrial markets we serve. As is always the case, we owe our deep gratitude to our loyal clients, the design professionals and subcontractors with which we work, and our friends in the communities we serve. As we move forward, we are excited about some of the new team members we have brought on board in the recent year or so and believe them to provide additional depth and talent to expand our services. We believe these folks will enhance the value we bring to our clients. Our on-going partnerships and strategic alliances we have fostered in the recent years give even more future opportunity. We are better equipped than ever to handle the opportunities that are on the horizon, have the finest field staff with deep local resources to cover any construction need, and we have a great capacity in our project management ability and pre-construction services. Overall our company brings a unique balance of resources and service level at a market price point to provide an outstanding value proposition for our clients. 2016 brings with it many opportunities and challenges. I know together with your help we will overcome any obstacles and prosper in the years to come. Thank you all for all you have done for us through the years and we very much look forward to working together in 2016 and beyond. All the Best,
David Dale and the entire O-A-K team

Patrick was an admirable example for all in the way he lived his life, full of smiles and laughter, always helping others and seeing the bright side of things. He will truly be missed.
